MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement


• Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to delivery, ensuring adherence to organizational and donor regulations.

• Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms with vendors to ensure value for money.

Logistics

About The Role
Play a lead role in working with the customer team to translate their business requirements into a solution design supported by the base solution. The Senior Consultant is expected to participate actively in customer projects including implementations and installed base enhancement engagements with a strong desire for results and quality delivery. Supervisor de Cadena de Suministro
, quien coordinará de forma efectiva con áreas internas, clientes y proveedores nacionales e internacionales para garantizar el cumplimiento de los planes de producción y abastecimiento, asegurando la disponibilidad de materiales y producto terminado conforme a los niveles de servicio e inventario definidos.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Construir pronósticos de demanda con modelos estadísticos y series de tiempo.
  • Definir y cargar al ERP el plan mensual de producción para Donaldson y Partmo.
  • Coordinar el abastecimiento de materias primas y administrar inventarios de MP y PT.
  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de compradores, asegurando metas de abastecimiento y negociación.
  • Monitorear KPIs de costos, niveles de servicio, tiempos de entrega e inventario.
  • Negociar con proveedores y coordinar compras según demanda y planes de producción.
  • Gestionar riesgos en la cadena de suministro y proponer planes de contingencia.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas, contratos y procesos internos de compras.
  • Impulsar proyectos de mejora continua y digitalización en planeación y compras. Reportar avances y resultados a la dirección.

Perfil deseado:

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Logística, Administración, Industrial o afín.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en planeación, compras o supply chain, con personal a cargo.
  • Conocimientos en planeación de demanda y producción, series de tiempo, estadística, inventarios y ERP.
  • Inglés fluido indispensable.
  • Experiencia deseable en compras estratégicas y negociación.
