Deploying and leading the CI (Continuous Improvement) service offering and owning the CI program for the customer, with a strong focus on global supply chain optimization, transportation strategy, and cost & cash savings across KNIL customer's end-to-end supply chain. Leading business case development, providing strategic status updates on CI program to Business Manager / customer, ensuring achievement of savings targets. Driving a structured approach to identification, validation, and implementation of optimization opportunities, leveraging KNIL expertise and advanced knowledge of global logistics and transportation networks, while tailoring solutions to the customer's specific business needs.

**What we would like you to bring**
+ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Finance
+ Strong experience in global logistics and supply chain optimization (preferred 5+ years)
+ Proven expertise in multiple transportation modes, with strong focus on air and ocean freight operations, routing, and carrier management
+ Demonstrated track record in delivering cost savings and optimization initiatives in complex, international supply chains
+ Proven experience in change management and/or project management in a cross-regional or global environment
+ Strong experience in supply chain cost optimization, budgeting, and value stream mapping

**Job** **Purpose:**
The Clinical Data Manager will be responsible for performing Data Management activities that support the sponsor's commercial and development projects worldwide. He/she will participate as an active member of a multi-disciplinary team to plan and execute the Data Management tasks required for phase 1-4 studies. The Clinical Data Manager has a broad, fundamental knowledge of the data management process and is able to perform most required tasks with moderate guidance
**Key** **Accountabilities** **:**
+ Be able to lead a small clinical study or co-lead a larger study or studies with moderate guidance
+ Be able to support several clinical studies with minimal guidance
+ Manage and monitor the progress of data management activities with CROs or other vendors on assigned studies
+ Review protocols for appropriate data capture including electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) design.
+ Be able to perform a thoroughly detailed review of eCRF data requirements.
+ Interact with CRAs, programmers, study managers and statisticians in designing eCRFs and creating the annotated eCRF and CRF completion guidelines.
+ Develop data edit check specifications and run data listings as required
+ Coordinate the design and testing of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems according to company standards. Able to resolve EDC system issues with team members
+ Develop the Data Management Plan for a clinical study.
+ Able to review and provide feedback to the clinical team on other study documents e.g. Clinical Monitoring plans, Statistical analysis plans and vendor specifications
+ Enter data queries into the EDC system to be resolved at investigational sites and manage the resolution of those queries
+ Perform reconciliation of header data from external data sources against the clinical database
+ Perform Serious Adverse Event reconciliation activities according to SOPs and guidelines
+ Assist in database upgrades/migrations including performing User Acceptance Testing
+ Able to maintain study workbooks and data management files
+ Perform database lock and freeze activities per company SOPs
+ Participate in regular team meetings and provide input when appropriate
+ Provide input into the development of data management SOPs, Work Instructions, and process documents
+ Contribute to a professional working environment including the application of the client's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
+ Assist with the training of new employees and/or contractors
+ Collaborative relationships
+ Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective data collection strategies, ensuring high-quality data capture and timely resolution of data queries throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.

**Knowledge and** **Experience** **:**
+ 5+ experience in Data Management for the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, or equivalent experience in an FDA-regulated environment
+ Understands the scope and focus of Phase 1-4 clinical studies, and has a proven ability to perform some of the core Data Management tasks and interact with vendors.
+ Possesses an understanding of regulatory guidelines and industry standards (e.g., ICH/FDA guidances, CDISC standards, GCDMP, 21 CFR 11, MedDRA, WHO Drug Dictionaries, etc.) and their application to Data Management practice.
+ Experience and understanding of the Oncology or CNS therapeutic area and with Phase III pivotal studies are desirable.
+ Possesses strong English language written and verbal communication skills.

The LATAM Benefits & HR Operations Specialist is responsible for administering and coordinating manual HR processes across multiple Latin American countries, with a strong focus on employee benefits, leave administration, payroll inputs, vendor coordination, reconciliations, and compliance-sensitive transactions. + Coordinates and administers manual HR and employee benefits and processes across LATAM countries, including insurance plans and programs, changes, terminations, and employee updates.
+ Prepares, validates, and maintains Excel-based files, trackers, forms, and country-specific templates for recurring HR operations.

+ Partners with payroll teams to provide validated inputs for recurring and one-time payments such as miscellaneous bonuses, severance advances, profit sharing, transportation allowances, and statutory contributions.
+ Supports administration of mobility-related programs including remote work outside the home country, temporary assignments, and country-specific mobility approvals.

**Que harás**
Como Brand Manager del portafolio de prescripción de Gastroenterología en Abbott EPD Colombia, serás responsable de liderar la estrategia de marketing de una línea consolidada de productos RX. Tus principales responsabilidades serán:
+ Diseñar y ejecutar los planes de marca anuales (Brand Plans) para cada producto del portafolio, alineados con los objetivos comerciales de Abbott y las dinámicas de cada canal.
+ Liderar el desarrollo de campañas de comunicación dirigidas al cuerpo médico y al canal, garantizando coherencia de mensaje, cumplimiento regulatorio (INVIMA) y relevancia para el HCP.
+ Gestionar el presupuesto de marketing del portafolio, asegurando un uso eficiente de los recursos y un retorno medible sobre la inversión.

**Turno/Jornada:** Rotativo.
El Operador I de Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales, realizará una variedad de responsabilidades dentro del área asignada a la instalación. En este puesto, se le asignarán diferentes áreas de trabajo según sea necesario para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos del área de PTAR.
**Responsabilidades Clave**
+ Realizar la limpieza y el aseo a las diferentes unidades que conforman el tratamiento de las aguas residuales.
+ Realizar la preparación de los productos químicos utilizados en el tratamiento de las aguas residuales.
+ Asegurar la correcta dosificación de los productos químicos.
+ Retirar la grasa de los cárcamos (rejillas - trampas de grasas), depositándolos en el tanque de almacenamiento y posteriormente bombearla a la Planta de Harinas.
+ Retirar la Pollinaza de los cárcamos de lavado de camiones de pollo en pie, para su posterior compostaje con caldos microbianos.
+ Verificar el funcionamiento de los tamices rotatorios de tal manera que se controle el paso de vísceras y pluma hacia el sistema de tratamiento preliminar (trampas de gasas).
+ Realizar una vez a la semana (domingo - festivo) el lavado, limpieza y desinfección de las unidades de tratamiento (cárcamos Pollinaza - trampa de grasas - tamiz rotatorio - tanque almacenamiento grasas -DAF -Reactor, Clarificador - Tornillo deshidratador - tanque de preparación químicos, etc.)
+ Retirar solidos suspendidos que llegan al desnatador y vaciarlos en la tubería de lodos.
+ Prensar el lodo proveniente del tanque de homogenización de lodos.
+ Limpieza y aseo del cuarto de la centrifuga y alrededor del tanque de lodos.
+ Informar al supervisor sobre las novedades presentadas en la planta.
+ Demás funciones que le sean asignadas y que corresponda a la naturaleza de su cargo.
**Calificaciones**

+ Escolaridad primaria completa o superior
+ Capacidad de leer y escribir en español sin dificultad
+ Mayor de 18 años de edad
+ Levantar hasta 25 kilos con o sin ajustes razonables
