About the Job
As a SQL Server DBA Specialist , you will be responsible for administering and optimizing enterprise-level SQL Server environments (up to version 2022). The role requires deep expertise in clustering, Always On Availability Groups, replication methods, and performance tuning, as well as managing databases larger than 10 TB. You will drive automation through PowerShell and ensure the implementation of strong backup, recovery, and security practices. This position requires advanced English and strong collaboration skills to support business-critical database operations.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience administering and managing MS SQL Server databases (latest version considered: 2022).
- Proven experience in SQL Server Database Administration (2022 or earlier versions).
- Strong expertise in high availability and disaster recovery solutions .
- Hands-on experience with performance tuning and query optimization .
- Solid understanding of database security and compliance.
- Proficiency in SQL language and database design principles.
- Experience with large enterprise-level database environments .
- Familiarity with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell preferred).
- Microsoft SQL Server Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or equivalent (same certification level, and not older than 1 previous software version than the most recently released)
- Advanced English level (written and spoken) is required
