  • Communicate fluently in English with international clients via Zoom calls and email.
  • Ensure client guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently met.

What We're Looking For:

  • Based in 
    Colombia
     (remote but must be physically located there).
  • Fluent in English
     (spoken & written) – comfortable leading client communications.
  • Strong background in 
    social media management & video editing
    .
  • Knowledge of the 
    Construction, Finance, or Hospitality industries
     is a plus.
  • Team player – you'll be reporting directly to our 
    Senior Account Manager
    , who will provide supervision, quality control, and support.
