About the Opportunity

About You:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Communication, Marketing or related.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, ideally with global scale.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube).
Proven ability to create and brief creative content across formats (video, static, UGC, influencer).
Proficient in English.
Working proficiency in Portuguese.

Let's start with the role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager with a creative, strategic mindset and a strong connection to Colombia’s digital culture. This role will be responsible for leading, optimizing, and scaling Betano’s organic social media strategy in Colombia, aligned with our global brand identity. They will work closely with the Marketing, Design, CRM, Sponsorship, and Product teams to ensure that all content reflects Betano’s voice and resonates with our local community.As a Social Media Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement a data-driven organic social media strategy aligned with the brand’s global and local objectives.

Overview
En Medellín – Colombia , estamos en búsqueda de una persona para el cargo de Social Media & Influencer Marketing Director. Con más de 6 años de experiencia liderando estrategias digitales, su misión se centrará en colaborar con otros departamentos dentro de la agencia, como el equipo creativo, de contenido y de análisis, para asegurar una ejecución coherente y efectiva de las campañas.
Responsibilities
- Guiar al equipo y elevar los servicios de nuestros clientes por medio de estrategias digitales, con conocimiento en plataformas sociales (TIKTOK, IG, FB, YT, X).
- Hacer cultura de tren hacking y mantener actualizaciones, búsqueda de nuevas tecnologías y automatización.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos dentro de la agencia, como el equipo creativo, de contenido y de análisis, para asegurar una ejecución coherente y efectiva de las campañas, así como, el seguimiento y apoyo en licitaciones.
- Inspirar a nuestros clientes en sesiones de trabajo, conocimiento digital,insights , entre otros.
- Manejar estrategias dePR e influenciadores , donde el contenido es un eje importante para conectar con los consumidores.
- Relacionamiento con Managers, talentos, equipos internos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las negociaciones contractuales con manager e influencers.
- Monitorear y analizar las métricas para evaluar el rendimiento y comportamiento de la audiencia para ajustar las estrategias y objetivos de las cuentas asignadas.
- Desarrollo, creación y ejecución de estrategias de marketing en redes sociales alineadas con los objetivos de la marca.
- Identificación y definición del target adecuado para las campañas.
- Administrar el presupuesto asignado para campañas de social media e influencers y asegurarse de que los recursos se utilicen de manera eficiente y efectiva.
- Monitorear y analizar mensualmente los KPIs para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos tanto de las áreas a cargo como del negocio.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos, políticas y procedimientos, de la compañía, tanto a nivel local como regional.
Qualifications
- Solidas habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
- Experiencia avanzada en el manejo de plataformas de redes sociales, tales como: Facebook , Instagram , Twitter , LinkedIn , TikTok . Y en herramientas de gestión de redes sociales como Hootsuite , Buffer , Sprout Social , y Later , Además de monitoreo y escucha social como Brandwatch , Talkwalker , Mention , y NetBase , relacionadas con su área de desempeño.
- Manejo de herramientas de analítica de redes sociales y de Data como Facebook Insights , Instagram Insights , Twitter Analytics , LinkedIn Analytics , y TikTok Analytics.
- Experiencia en la interpretación de métricas de analítica e interpretación de datos para medir el rendimiento de las campañas y las estrategias de contenido.
- Habilidad en la creación de estrategias de contenido que alineen con los objetivos de la marca y resuenen con la audiencia objetivo.
- Conocimiento en la negociación de contratos, seguimiento de colaboraciones y análisis del impacto de las campañas de influencers, así como, experiencia en la identificación, selección y gestión de relaciones con influencers relevantes para la marca.
- Manejo y conocimiento de las normativas y regulaciones relacionadas con la publicidad en redes sociales, la privacidad de los datos y la transparencia en las colaboraciones con influencers.
- Deseable nivel de Inglés Avanzado.
