Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Governance
Develop and refine the global social media strategy, aligning with the brand and corporate objectives.
Support governance across social platforms to ensure alignment with brand standards and guidelines, audience targeting best practices, and global consistency.
Serve as advisor to regional social leads, providing strategic thinking and guidance to drive engagement and followership
Content Strategy & Creative Oversight

Team & Vendor Management

Qualifications
5+ years in social media role, brand and project management or related role.
Familiarity with brand development, marketing strategies, and multi-channel campaigns.
B2B experience is required.
Proven ability to manage external partners, agencies, and technology platforms.
Proven record of successful social media campaigns and use of social platforms.
Proven experience with paid social media campaigns on LinkedIn.
Commitment to end-to-end brand excellence—from guideline development to global campaign delivery
A keen interest in understanding the NIQ business and product portfolio.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into action.
Proficiency with tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, PowerPoint, and AI writing platforms, Video editing tools
Knowledge of Adobe package
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Our US-based client is looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager (70% creator / 30% manager) to build and scale our organic presence across LinkedIn and Facebook (current), and launch new communities on X, Instagram, and Reddit. You’ll own strategy, creation, publishing, and community engagement focused on fraud, data security, and cybersecurity in residential real estate—serving institutional SFR & multifamily operators, MLS/Association executives, and residential property managers.
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
- Follower growth: Material increases across all active platforms.
- Engagement rate: Sustained lift in reactions, comments, shares, and saves.
- Content velocity: Consistent, channel-appropriate posting cadence you define and run.
- Pipeline impact: More booked meetings originating from organic social (tracked via agreed source/attribution).

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually captivating, daily Instagram Stories and reels that align with our sleek, minimalistic brand aesthetic
- Edit sharp, engaging reels, using the right fonts for text to enhance storytelling and match the brand’s voice
- Have a strong focus on aesthetics—selecting and pairing fonts, aligning text, and using lowercase text to create a clean, minimal look
- Use Canva and CapCut (required) for content creation; proficiency in Premiere Pro and Lightroom is a plus
- Edit videos and photos with advanced creativity and organization, ensuring high-quality output
- Write engaging, witty, and emotionally resonant captions that reflect the brand’s voice and support visual storytelling
- Manage and engage with the community by interacting with similar brands, answering DMs, and responding to comments in line with the brand’s tone
- Use tools like ClickUp, Notion (preferred), or Airtable to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Spend at least 15 minutes daily engaging with the audience to foster a relatable and socially intelligent brand presence
- Use creative strategies like Q&A sessions, quizzes, and other interactive tools to build community engagement
- Stay current with Instagram algorithms and analytics to maximize content reach and growth

Core Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of Devoted Studios and Fusion's social media strategy, driving audience growth and engagement across key platforms
- Develop a strategic editorial calendar, proposing relevant posts that resonate with our audience and publishing at optimal times
- Work closely with creative team members—designers, product marketers, and video makers—to craft high-quality content that connects with our audience
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize content, spot trends, and propose innovative engagement strategies
- Align organic and paid strategies by working cross-functionally with the Paid Media team and leveraging insights to inform content decisions
- Engage with the community by monitoring mentions, interactions, and DMs, building meaningful relationships along the way
- Plan and coordinate collaborations with artists, managing outreach, obtaining content permissions, and amplifying our reach through creative partnerships
- Cover events in real-time, capturing and sharing exciting moments to drive engagement across channels
- Stay ahead of trends, conducting industry research and competitive analysis to keep Fusion at the forefront of social media conversations
- Experience with B2B social media, targeting both clients and talent
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Instagram, and Discord
- Excellent English copywriting and communication skills
- Data-driven, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies
- Strong creativity and strategic thinking, using innovation to achieve goals

Responsibilities- Proven track record of creating engaging and effective digital content
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement on Reddit and LinkedIn
- Utilize LLMs and other tools to optimize copywriting processes and increase efficiency
- Strong creative thinking skills and innovative problem-solving abilities
- A genuine interest in what makes content shareable and viral
- Ability to work in small teams as well as independently
- Ability to give and receive constructive criticism - high emotional intelligence and a willingness to be coached
