• Build and develop a skilled QA team, including hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new

5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior

role.

Strong experience with manual and automated testing for web applications and APIs.

Proficient in writing SQL queries for data validation.

Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.).

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage team workloads effectively.

Position Overview
:

QA Engineer
to ensure our products are robust, reliable, and exceed user expectations. This role involves testing complex logistics solutions in a dynamic, fully remote environment.

Daily Responsibilities
:

●   Design and execute manual and automated test cases.

●   Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve issues.

●   Test web and mobile applications for functionality, usability, and performance.

●   Implement testing strategies to streamline development cycles.

●   Document and report bugs, providing clear insights for resolution.

Requirements
:

●   Minimum 4 years of experience in QA for web and mobile applications.
