We're currently seeking a Caseworker – Legal Support Assistant to join our remote team in Colombia. While being based in Bogotá is considered an advantage, it is not mandatory. This position plays a vital role in client communication, and supporting legal processes within a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Mandatory Requirements :- Post-secondary education in Administration, Communications, Languages, Business, International Relations, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- English proficiency (minimum B1 level)
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, customer service, or back-office operations.
- Experience handling confidential documents and data with discretion and accuracy.
- Strong client service orientation and ability to work under deadlines.
- Interest in immigration and a genuine desire to support people.
- Studies and experience in Legal, Paralegal, or Immigration Law are not required but will be considered a plus
- Organizational & Administrative Strength:
- Ability to manage multiple cases, track deadlines, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Proven capacity to follow structured processes and documentation standards.
- Communication Skills:
- Ability to write clear, professional emails, summaries, and reports using formal tone and templates.
- Attention to Detail :
- Meticulous approach to reviewing documents and identifying inconsistencies or missing data.
- Comfortable working with checklists and ensuring procedural completeness.
- Tech Proficiency & Remote Readiness :
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with online tools (Slack, Trello, Monday, etc.).
- Self-driven, able to work independently and report asynchronously.
- Assist immigration consultants in organizing and managing case files.
- Prepare, review, and maintain legal documentation.
- Serve as a client liaison, collecting information and providing regular updates.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and legal compliance standards.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks with precision and accountability.

Dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to children with autism, aiding in their growth and development. Opportunity to make a daily difference in the lives of these special individuals. Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism in a full-time center-based setting
- Implement individualized behavior programs for patients guided by BCBA
- Gain expertise in Naturalistic ABA
- Collect treatment data electronically via program as required
- Participate in daily circle time and social skills groups with learners
- Assist with parent training and parent engagement
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 18+ of age
- Undergraduate degree in related field (ABA, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, etc.) is preferred but not required
- Actively certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) OR pursue certification within 2 months of hire. Training costs are covered by Atlas.
- Additional experience in the ABA community highly valued
