Role Overview

As a bilingual legal assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping wrap up documents, manage cases, and support settlements. Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Supporting the settlements department
- Finalizing and organizing legal documents
- Sending and following up on reductions
- Managing case files and updates
- Making 6 to 15 calls per day to providers
What We’re Looking For:
- At least one year of experience as a legal assistant, or in a legal support role and/or related Bachelor's degree in legal studies
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish preferred)
- Experience in legal assistance or case management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset

- Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Overview
We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Legal Support Assistant . In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with U.S.-based legal service companies and their teams, delivering exceptional administrative legal support in both English and Spanish .
Key Responsibilities
- Document Management: Organizing, filing, and securely handling legal documentation.
- Client Communication: Engaging with internal and external clients effectively in both languages.
- Case Follow-Up: Supporting the monitoring and progression of immigration-related cases.
- Translation & Interpretation: Providing both written translation and oral interpretation between English and Spanish.

Requirements

- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 .
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation.

Position Details

Passionate about positively impacting the lives of children with autism? Atlas Autism Health in Columbia, MO is looking for an Entry-Level Child Autism Support Professional to join the team. Dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to children with autism, aiding in their growth and development. Opportunity to make a daily difference in the lives of these special individuals. Collaborate closely with children, families, and a supportive team to foster a nurturing and inclusive setting. Salary range: $16 - $8 per hour. Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism in a full-time center-based setting
- Implement individualized behavior programs for patients guided by BCBA
- Gain expertise in Naturalistic ABA
- Collect treatment data electronically via program as required
- Participate in daily circle time and social skills groups with learners
- Assist with parent training and parent engagement
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 18+ of age
- Undergraduate degree in related field (ABA, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, etc.) is preferred but not required
- Actively certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) OR pursue certification within 2 months of hire. Training costs are covered by Atlas.
- Additional experience in the ABA community highly valued
