We are looking for a skilled Software Engineering Team Lead to guide our talented team of engineers and oversee our Quality Assurance (QA) team.   • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and experience designing cloud-based applications.
  • Proficient in software engineering best practices, including design patterns and agile methodologies.

Strong expertise in developing cloud-based applications, leveraging AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.

Experience with Docker for containerization.

Experience in automated testing frameworks (NUnit, Moq).

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead technical design discussions and make critical architectural decisions.

Desired Skills:

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, maintenance, and optimization of our cloud and on-prem infrastructure supporting all customer-facing products.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the organization, security, maintenance, and optimization of infrastructure supporting all products, ensuring high availability and peak performance.

  • Drive the implementation and refinement of tooling and automation solutions to expedite issue resolution and proactively prevent incidents when feasible.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and engineering teams to shape hosting strategies that enhance existing products/processes and facilitate the integration of new technologies.

  • Work closely with DevOps team to ensure seamless operation and swift performance of our technology stack, encompassing hosted websites, services, and all internal/client-facing products.

  • Monitor and promptly respond to emerging infrastructure challenges in real-time, both during regular work hours and as part of a rotating on-call schedule.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 5+ years technical experience in Windows system administration, network engineering and automation scripting

  • 3+ years experience running cloud services. Familiarity with Azure a must.

  • 3+ years hand-on experience in Powershell/Python

  • 3+ years experience with CI/CD technologies such as Azure Devops and/or Octopus Deploy.

  • 1+ years of experience with Kubernetes. AKS and Argo experience preferred.

Nice to have:

  • SQL Server and/or Azure Database management experience.

  • Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring/alerting solution.

  • Experience Supervising other Team Members

¿Qué buscamos?

Un Desarrollador Backend Senior con más de 4 años de experiencia en NestJS , capaz de liderar técnicamente el desarrollo de soluciones escalables y de alto rendimiento. Será responsable de diseñar, implementar y optimizar servicios backend complejos, además de guiar al equipo en buenas prácticas y estándares de calidad, trabajando estrechamente con frontend, QA y producto para garantizar resultados excepcionales.

Responsabilidades principales:
  • Liderar el diseño y desarrollo de servicios backend escalables con NestJS + TypeScript.
  • Definir e implementar arquitecturas limpias aplicando Clean Architecture, DDD y CQRS.
  • Gestionar la orquestación de contenedores con Kubernetes y la infraestructura en AWS.
  • Diseñar e integrar comunicación asíncrona con RabbitMQ o Kafka.
  • Realizar revisiones de código, establecer estándares y asegurar su cumplimiento.
  • Configurar y mantener reglas de inspección de código en pipelines CI/CD.
  • Mentorizar y dar coaching a desarrolladores junior y semi senior.
  • Impulsar mejores prácticas en el equipo y promover la calidad de los entregables.
  • Participar activamente en discusiones técnicas y decisiones de arquitectura.
  • Detectar y resolver problemas de desempeño y proponer soluciones innovadoras.
Requisitos:
  • Formación: Ingeniero de sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Más de 4 años como desarrollador Backend, con amplia experiencia en NestJS + TypeScript.
  • Experiencia comprobada en diseño de Rest Services, microservicios y servicios web.
  • Dominio de AWS (CloudWatch, entre otros) y conocimientos en Azure.
  • Experiencia sólida en Programación Orientada a Objetos y Programación Funcional.
  • Conocimiento profundo en escalabilidad, resiliencia, disponibilidad y concurrencia.
Conocimientos técnicos prioritarios:
  • Frameworks: NestJS + TypeScript.
  • Infraestructura y despliegue: Kubernetes, AWS.
  • Mensajería: RabbitMQ, Kafka.
  • Arquitectura: Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS.
  • Calidad y automatización: Revisiones de código, CI/CD, análisis y optimización de desempeño.

As a Software Development Engineer, you’ll progress from reliably delivering features in existing frameworks to building your own frameworks and making them ready to delight millions of players every day. That may include writing game abilities, implementing an amazing HUD, or implementing the social systems that bring players together. We are prepared to craft the role around the right person provided you have some professional experience and are eager to grow. Teaching others first and maintaining a mentorship culture are key ingredients to our success.

  • 2+ years of professional software engineering experience. (This is not an entry-level position.)

  • Solid knowledge of C++ programming and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience with game engines like Unreal, Unity, or others (hobbyist or academic experience accepted)
  • Experience working in a large, established code base
  • Flexibility and desire to work on a variety of game systems

  • Implement small to medium features without oversight
