Responsabilidades:
- Mantener y optimizar redes y entornos.
- Gestionar identidades y controles de acceso a oficinas.
- Solucionar y resolver problemas de infraestructura y sistemas.
- Garantizar las mejores prácticas de ciberseguridad, gestión de parches y cumplimiento normativo.
- Implementar estrategias de respaldo, monitoreo y recuperación.
- Colaborar con los departamentos de TI de clientes para la configuración de hardware.
- Brindar soporte a empleados con hardware, software y sistemas de oficina.
Requisitos:
- 1+ años de experiencia en la industria.
- Inglés escrito y hablado a nivel B1/B2.
- Conocimientos de sistemas y servidores:
- Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS).
- Active Directory, Políticas de Grupo.
Redes:
- LAN/WAN, VPN.
- Firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto u otros).
- DNS.
- Seguridad y Monitoreo:
- Herramientas SIEM.
- Protección de endpoints (CrowdStrike, Defender, etc.).
- Soluciones de respaldo y recuperación ante desastres.

The IT Infrastructure and support Coordinator's responsibilities include:- Oversee and maintain the studio's IT infrastructure through proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, and regular security updates to key systems.
- Manage operational continuity by enabling IT systems and infrastructure to withstand, respond to, and quickly recover from critical failures or disruptions.
- Manage and monitor the studio's critical services to ensure their availability, capacity, and performance.
- Lead the help desk (Level 1. Basic help desk – Level 2. Technical support), including ticket analysis, assignment, and prioritization, ensuring SLA/OLA compliance and driving continuous service improvement.
- Clearly and assertively communicate the status of infrastructure and user satisfaction, providing relevant, timely, and transparent information and reports to key teams and management.
- Drive innovation and efficiency across the studio's IT infrastructure by planning and executing short- and long-term strategic and tactical projects that align technology with the studio's growth objectives.
- Identify and leverage efficiency opportunities within the studio's DevOps pipeline by collaborating with the global team to adapt and implement best practices, automation tools, and process improvements that enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Implement and monitor frontline security controls, including hardening, vulnerability management, antimalware/EDR, and basic compliance.
- Centrally manage and track hardware and software inventory to ensure optimal use of the studio's technology resources.
- Manage and supervise technology suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual agreements, service levels, and product quality.
The IT Infrastructure and support Coordinator's required knowledge and experience should include:
3–5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Support roles; 1–2+ years in a leadership position overseeing support teams or cells.
Bachelor or specialization degree in a related field, such as Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar technology disciplines.
Solid experience managing physical and virtual servers (e.g., VMware, Windows Server, Linux), including provisioning, maintenance, and optimization of virtualized environments.
Proficient and competent in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN), and familiar with Internet governance regulations (e.g., ICANN/IANA).
Hands-on experience working with storage solutions (SAN /NAS), ensuring data availability, performance, and backup integrity.
IT Infrastructure Security - Implementing security measures such as system hardening, vulnerability management, antimalware/EDR, firewall management, and compliance with standards (CIS/NIST).
Infrastructure Monitoring - Setting up metrics and alerts to monitor the performance and availability of critical services.
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery - Designing, implementing, and testing business continuity and disaster recovery (BCP/DRP) plans.
English proficiency at a B2 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation, coordination, and reporting.
Other desirable knowledges
DevSecOps and CI/CD - Hands-on experience with GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, and Ansible.

About the position
The Networks, Infrastructure, and Security Unit is seeking an Associate Team Leader with advanced technical skills and extensive experience who will be responsible for coordinating the planning, management, design, installation, operation, and connectivity of end-user computers, along with servers and network systems, both on-premises and in the cloud. This involves managing the development, configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization of all hardware, software, and network communication links, ensuring stable functionality of the organization's IT assets.
The Associate Team Leader will also manage a team of network experts, ensuring fast and accurate resolution of end-user issues with internal and external services. Having close collaboration with the research and support departments to guide digital transformation and maximize the use of tools and applications, ensuring uniform solutions and standards across centers and regions.
The position will be based in the operations center of the Americas, located in the Campus of Palmira, Colombia. And it will offer hybrid working conditions.

Strategy & Planning:
Foster strong and collaborative relationships with researchers, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives. Act strategically between the research community and relevant departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment. Plan, acquire, and coordinate installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the organization’s network. And evaluate, approve, and manage all equipment, hardware, and software upgrades. Research and make recommendations on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts. Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure network products and services. Assess, approve, and administer all equipment, hardware, and software upgrades. Assist in budget planning by providing input on infrastructure-related expenses and capital investments.Operational Management:
Supervise IT network and infrastructure unit in Colombia. Oversee and guide the design, implementation, and management of the organization's local and wide area networks. At the same time, monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure optimal network uptime. Evaluate and recommend network upgrades (hardware and software) to maintain network integrity and efficiency. Oversee the maintenance and operation of data centers, server rooms, and other critical infrastructure components. Perform and maintain troubleshooting of hardware issues such as servers, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.Guide the management of the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and operating systems both Windows and Linux. Provide services costing expertise, direction, and assistance to network analysts, IT/cloud engineers, and other systems architects. Document and develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s existing IT cloud architecture/infrastructure, and technology portfolio. Manage a good knowledge of DevOps; and work together with DevOps professionals for the deployment of new services. Proactively ensure security is appropriately addressed within the area by itself and others, engaging with security specialists as necessary. And contribute to the security culture of the organization. Ensure the integration of local and cloud resources without issues. And have proven experience in designing and maintaining hybrid cloud architectures. RequirementsQualifications and requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, electronic engineering, software engineering, or related fields. With a master’s degree, or specialization in computer science, network, infrastructure, security, or similar disciplines. Advanced level of English (oral and written). Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in the information technology field, preferably in an international organization. Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and optimizing network and infrastructure operations. Significant knowledge of network hardware, software, cybersecurity, and communication technologies. Proven experience in network administration and IT infrastructure management. Added value to the position: certifications in AWS Networking specialist, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, ITIL, ISO 27001, or Project Management.Skills and competencies

The Role
Identify business opportunities in coverage and performance for IAM (independent Aftermarket) in CCA for Colombia and Ecuador.
Key Responsabilities
- Identify business opportunities in coverage and performance for IAM (independent Aftermarket) in CCA for Colombia and Ecuador
- Define and implement a regional methodology to calculate Coverage and performance in the IAM. Support the report strategy related to IAM metrics
- Work closely with sales and product marketing team to understand market needs and drive improvements by identifying trends and areas of opportunity, providing a clear perspective, and proposing business solutions related to IAM for improving coverage and performance
- Work together with global teams for implementing new methodologies and process, which support the IAM strategy, in order to align the regional strategy to the corporate, optimizing resources.
- Develop regional processes by engaging commercial teams to design and implement measurement and control functions, while making improvements against effectiveness and efficiency targets.
