Responsibilities / Tasks
The Service Project Execution Manager
will be responsible for leading the execution of all after-sales services in the Middle Americas region for the LPT division, ensuring compliance with maintenance contracts, technical support, and effective management of the field service engineering team. This role will serve as the first level of technical escalation in the region and act as a key point of reference for customers and internal teams on technical, operational, and management matters.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the regional team of Field Service Engineers (7 FSEs) located in Mexico, Colombia, and Peru.
- Ensure the efficient and safe execution of all technical services and maintenance contracts.
- Guarantee compliance with service operational KPIs: resource utilization (utilization rate), service billing, SLA compliance, among others.
- Provide operational follow-up on service projects and collaborate with Project Managers.
- Act as the first point of technical escalation for all service-related matters in the region.
- Participate as a technical reference in customer meetings, supporting commercial and service sales teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key areas such as Service Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, among others.
- Support the technical and professional development of team members, fostering growth in both technical knowledge and soft skills.
- Continuously monitor internal service processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Promote continuous improvement, the use of digital tools, and process standardization across the region.

Requirements

- Project/Program Management Duties 20%
Project Management – Contract, Cooperative Agreement, Grant, and Activity Administration
- Oversee the implementation of assistance projects, ensuring activities align with broader strategic goals.
- Serve as the technical liaison between USG officials and implementing partners in designated oversight roles (COR, GOR, AOR, AM).

¿Cuál será tu misión?
Liderar la ejecución integral de proyectos de plantas solares fotovoltaicas en Colombia. Serás responsable de garantizar que cada etapa —desde la planificación hasta la entrega— cumpla con los estándares de calidad, seguridad, coste y plazo. Actuarás como el principal interlocutor del cliente, coordinando equipos internos y externos, y asegurando el éxito técnico y económico del proyecto.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Liderarás el equipo de obra en terreno, incluyendo roles como Site Planner, Cost Controller, Site Manager, y otros especialistas clave.
- Coordinarás la planificación y ejecución de los proyectos de construcción, optimizando los recursos disponibles.
- Serás el punto de contacto principal con clientes, autoridades locales, contratistas y proveedores.
- Elaborarás y harás seguimiento del cronograma del proyecto, asegurando entregas puntuales y dentro del presupuesto.
- Supervisarás el cumplimiento de la normativa ambiental, de seguridad y calidad en todas las fases del proyecto.
- Realizarás el análisis y mitigación de riesgos, gestionando también las órdenes de cambio con el cliente.
- Prepararás informes periódicos con el estado del proyecto: costes, plazos, riesgos, oportunidades y avances.
- Asegurarás la entrega final del proyecto y del dossier técnico conforme a los requisitos del cliente.
- Coordinarás la ejecución del plan de lecciones aprendidas para mejorar la eficiencia de futuros proyectos.
- Gestionarás al equipo a tu cargo, promoviendo el desarrollo, el trabajo en equipo y una cultura de excelencia.
Lo que buscamos en ti
- Formación técnica: Titulo Universitario
- Deseable: Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Civil, Electrica, Energías Renovables o afines + máster o postgrado.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años liderando proyectos EPC/BOS en el sector fotovoltaico o alta tensión.
- Conocimiento en normativa técnica, planificación de proyectos, estándares de calidad, sostenibilidad y seguridad.
- Dominio de herramientas como Microsoft 365, Office, y ERPs para planificación y control de proyectos.
- Habilidad para liderar equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionar múltiples stakeholders.
- Disponibilidad para viajar
