- Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Video Editor, or similar role, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment.

What You’ll Do:

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in video production and editing, with a portfolio that showcases your creative range and technical expertise.
- Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and other industry-standard tools.
- Strong skills in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
- A deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Advanced or Fluent English (written and spoken) for effective collaboration in a global team.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working with international brands or agencies.

The Role
Cinq’s Jr. Video Content Analyst role is an essential part of what we do, focused on elevating our artists and brand through operational and creative strategies.
We are looking for a Jr. Video Content Analyst who is passionate about music, digital platforms, and content optimization. This role is integral to ensuring that every video release is maximized for visibility, engagement, and performance across YouTube and other content-driven platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-savvy, and has a strong understanding of digital media trends, especially within the music space.
Primary Responsibilities
- Optimize all new video uploads by managing metadata, implementing end screens and cards, and executing strategic channel updates to maximize discoverability and performance.
- Identify and implement cross-promotional strategies, strategically featuring new releases across various channels to reinforce momentum and boost audience engagement.
- Keep channels active and engaged by publishing content on the YouTube Community tab and Shorts, and by moderating comments and actively replying to the audience to build a strong community.
- Monitor monetization status for all content, flagging and reporting any issues to ensure consistent revenue streams.
- Assist in playlist management, helping to curate and update playlists based on internal analytics and executing strategic changes to support the overall content strategy.
- Collaborate with key teams to analyze content performance, contributing to reports and helping to develop optimization strategies based on performance data.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Music Business, or a related field
- B2+ level English fluency (verbal and written)
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a digital media or music content environment.
- Proven proficiency with YouTube CMS or YouTube Studio, including practical experience managing channels, videos, and playlists.
- Understanding of metadata, tagging, and SEO best practices for video content.
- Ability to analyze, track, and report on relevant performance metrics, providing meaningful insights and recommendations from the data.
- Experience with community management, including comment moderation and audience interaction.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Experience balancing brand and artist voice, style, and tone across multiple channels, with a mindset that is both creative and analytical.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and writing/editing skills.
- A proactive and curious attitude, with a passion for music, digital trends, and a desire for continuous learning.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and manage relationships with other teams.
- Passion for music audio and video apps and a commitment to staying up-to-date with market conditions and music industry developments.
- Knowledge of rights management and experience assisting with the review of copyright claims and strikes is a plus.

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Full-Time Video Editor and Content Creator based in Colombia to join our in-house creative team. This is a hybrid role for someone who lives and breathes CapCut, TikTok and Instagram, knows how to shoot visually striking content, and can edit both images and videos for high-performing, brand-aligned results.
Key Responsibilities:
-Edit short-form videos and images quickly and efficiently, with a strong understanding of Gen Z aesthetics and platform-native trends
-Work in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times and shifting priorities
-Contribute to TikTok-first strategies, trend spotting, and content ideation across platforms
-Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, shot lists, and storyboards
-Shoot and produce original video and photo content for social media (TikTok, Reels, Stories, Feed)
-Receive and organize raw content from creators and internal shoots
-Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, visuals, and goals
-Assist with resizing, light retouching, and preparing visual assets for various formats
Requirements:
-Must have strong proficiency in CapCut, and understand all tools and tricks
-Must be based in Colombia with access to transportation for in-person shoots
-Fluent in English, both written and spoken
-1+ years of experience in video editing, content creation and/or photography
-Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and visual storytelling

About The Role
At Findasense, we are seeking a Junior Video Editor to support the creation of marketing and corporate audiovisual content for a major U.S. financial services client. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with early-stage experience in post-production who wants to grow their skillset in a highly professional international environment.
- Assist in editing video materials for digital and corporate channels
- Edit locally on Adobe Premiere Pro; support animation and motion work in After Effects
- Conduct basic edits, trims, transitions, graphics placement, and sound balancing
- Apply brand guidelines using references from Bynder (DAM)
- Assist with ingesting and organizing media assets across Frame.io, Egnyte, and Vidyard
- Participate in review sessions and implement feedback from senior editors and creative leads
- Deliver error-free files and maintain versioning integrity in collaboration with the production team
- 1-2 years of professional or internship experience in video editing
- Hands-on skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the editing process for long-form and short-form content (corporate, digital, social media)

ResponsibilitiesPosition Purpose: We’re seeking a talented mid-level video editor (typically 3–5 years’ professional experience) who combines strong storytelling skills with a working knowledge of motion design. The role focuses primarily on editing — from long-form editorial pieces and feature-length videos to agile, social-first clips — and integrating motion graphic elements that support the narrative. You should be comfortable shaping a story from raw material, pacing longer sequences, and delivering short form edits for multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Primary duties will include:
- Edit compelling video content for digital platforms – deliver a wide range of content including long-form editorial videos, documentaries, brand films, and short-form social assets. Adapt narrative pacing and structure for platforms such as Meta, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create motion graphics (basic to intermediate) – design and animate 2D graphics, typography, and other visual elements in After Effects and Premiere Pro to enhance storytelling. Motion design is a core part of the role, but advanced animation skills are a plus, not a requirement.
- Collaborate with creative teams – work closely with producers, creative directors, marketing teams, and designers to align edits with campaign objectives, develop storyboards, and ensure the final product meets both creative and technical requirements.
- Adapt content for multiple platforms – export in the correct aspect ratios and formats, adding captions/subtitles and legal end-frames when required.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines – juggle several edits at once, accurately estimate edit times, and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
- Apply post-production finishing – perform basic to intermediate color correction/grading, sound mixing, and audio mastering. Ensure all materials are optimized for web, social, and presentation formats.
- Stay current with trends and technologies – monitor developments in video editing, motion graphics, and social media trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
To land this role you will need:

- Language skills – excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to craft clear narratives, communicate ideas effectively, and collaborate with an international team.
3+ years of professional video editing, including both long-form editorial projects and short-form social content, ideally in agency, production, or brand environments.
Software proficiency – strong in Adobe Premiere Pro for editing; basic to intermediate After Effects for creating/modifying motion graphics; Photoshop/Illustrator skills are beneficial.
Motion design capability – able to create simple 2D motion graphics/animations to support narratives. Advanced skills welcome but not essential.
Storytelling & design – strong sense of narrative structure, timing, pacing, and design; ability to think creatively and contribute original ideas.
Attention to detail & organization – meticulous approach, technical troubleshooting skills, and ability to maintain organized workflows and archives.
Communication & collaboration – excellent communicator with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Education/portfolio – degree in film, media production, graphic design, or related field is a plus. Portfolio requirement: please include at least one example of long-form storytelling and one example of short-form social content.
