Descripción
Se requiere estudiante de último semestre o recién egresado de Diseño con curiosidad por el mundo legal y su transformación. Debe conocer metodologías como Design Thinking, UX/UI, Service Design, entre otras. Habilidad para comunicar ideas visualmente.

Será el encargado de la co-creación, diseño, y prototipado de ideas y productos a través del trabajo colaborativo multidisciplinario: abogados, ingenieros, expertos en sistemas de información.

Habilidad para comunicar ideas de manera visual, trabajo en equipo, interés por las tendencias, legaltech y transformación digital. Debe contar con disponibilidad de tiempo completo e inglés intermedio-alto.

Estudiante de último semestre o recién egresado de Diseño con curiosidad por el mundo legal y su transformación.

Funciones

• Co-crear productos y servicios legales con impacto real.
• Diseñar experiencias que conecten con usuarios internos y externos.
• Aplicar metodologías de diseño, innovación y pensamiento visual en proyectos estratégicos.
• Trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios: abogados, ingenieros, expertos en sistemas de información.
• Investigar tendencias, prototipar ideas, lanzar pilotos y aprender haciendo.

We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented professionals who know their way around Filevine and want to contribute to meaningful legal work. You may be a great fit for this role if you've worked in a legal support role, served as a Filevine Admin, or have hands-on experience in a tech-forward law firm. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your Filevine knowledge and potentially grow into a full-time role.

What you'll do:

• Support daily Filevine configuration and setup
• Build and refine Document Generation templates
• Manage contract lifecycle management workflows
• Code and troubleshoot merge docs
• Collaborate with Optimizers to ensure client success

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a legal operations or Filevine admin role
• Experience with legal tech software
• Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
• Comfort working remotely and communicating in English
• Based in Latin America or the Philippines
