- Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
- Contribute to/develop strategies and programs for large, regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
- Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner

Qualifications
Basic qualifications

- Liderar la operación desde el punto de vista técnico, garantizando que se incluyan y contemplen las necesidades del cliente y los contratos
- Liderar cada una de las etapas del proyecto garantizando el cumplimiento los requerimientos del cliente con base en el contrato y su alcance
- Garantizar la generación, revisión y aprobación de la documentación técnica requerida para la correcta entrega de los servicios, de acuerdo con los níveles de servicio contratados por el cliente
- Validar que se cumpla con toda la documentación técnica requerida para cumplir con los requerimientos, entender los incidentes y planear de forma correcta la ejecución de los controles de cambio
- Prestar el soporte técnico a los diferentes equipos del cliente y de Kyndryl bajo su responsabilidad de manera eficaz y oportuna
- Realizar las actualizaciones necesarias en la documentación técnica de los sistemas, líneas base y aplicaciones bajo su responsabilidad
