Our Advisors Client Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets and in-house technologies to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Mastercard Advisors work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and finance.
The Advisors Client Services group has five specializations: Performance Analytics, Strategy & Transformation, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Project Management. Our Strategy & Transformation consultants lead customers through decision making, tackling strategic, operational, and transformational challenges across diverse topics including product, business drivers, loyalty, innovation, and more. You will apply a broad set of problem-solving techniques to improve clients' overall strategy, performance, and operations.

- Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
- Contribute to/develop strategies and programs for large, regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value

- Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations
- Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project delivery consultants to identify effective analysis structures to address client problems, synthesize analyses into relevant findings, and create impactful storylines
- Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management
- Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development
- Grow from coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentor junior consultants
Qualifications
Basic qualifications
- Undergraduate degree work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management or product management
- Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
- Logical, structured thinking and affinity for numerical analysis
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Able to communicate effectively in English and the local office language

Job Description
We are searching for the best talent for a Strategic Planning Director . This role may be located in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico or Chile.
The Strategic Planning Director leads the integrated business planning and S&OP family by leading other leaders and occasionally senior individual contributors, in a matrix environment and is accountable for meaningful career development conversations and regular coaching and feedback.
Responsibilities
This leader designs (or participates in the design) of internal methods for integrated business planning/S&OP and directs processes and procedures that support business goals. Drives initiatives and oversees execution of timelines, approvals, and plans. Develops strategic initiatives based on best practices and serves as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Additional duties and responsibilities include:
- Leads area processes for the organization's supply chain planning function, and ensures methods align with the overall business strategy.
- Develops methodology for cross functional collaboration to drive the 5 steps of the S&OP/ IBP process (Portfolio Management Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, Integrated Reconciliation, and Management Business Review), through financial integration, focusing on demand plan valorization, inventory management and overall business target setting.
- Delivers and is responsible for achieving business objectives including delivery, product growth, and product diversity. Leads projects to identify, research, and execute cost savings, recommend product improvements, and support new product opportunities.
- Formulates organizational Integrated Business Planning policies, goals, and objectives based on best practices within the industry.
- Responsible for managing operational aspects of their teams (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), as well as implementing workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
- Proactively creates a purpose driven environment by aligning Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives with the strategies and goals of the team and enterprise.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in integrated business planning, supply chain management, or related fields, with a strong background in strategic planning and leadership roles.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing senior-level professionals and teams in a matrixed environment.
- Operational Excellence: Experience in budget management, performance analysis, and compliance.

Iron Mountain is looking for Accounts Receivable Specialists, who will be part of the North American accounts receivable team. These people will be in continuous interaction with American clients (advanced level of English essential), with the organization's sales and billing teams. It is a great opportunity for you to develop or exercise your skills in analysis, conflict resolution, negotiation, process standardization and continuous improvement, among other things. With your valuable contributions, you will help us maintain a healthy client portfolio, a good cash flow and avoid losses in the company due to non-payment.

Key Responsibilities…
● Independently manage a portfolio of accounts on a month over month basis to minimize the overall delinquency rate to achieve target results set by Management
● Contact customers, via phone and e-mail, regarding their open invoices and billing disputes.
● Ability to identify issues causing delay in payment
● Ensure proper notes are documented in Oracle pertaining to the calls and efforts made to collect and resolve issue
● Maintain working partnership with District, Area, Division and Corporate teams
● When necessary escalate collection issues to Supervisor and/or Director
● Gain a comprehensive understanding of various Collections systems
● Knowledge and adherence to Iron Mountain policy and procedures – department and company standards
● Perform Collections Department projects as directed by management.
● Challenge yourself to raise the bar for excellence in customer service and collections.
Requirements
● Degree in Business or finance
● Willingness to learn
● Thrive as a team player in a fast paced environment
● Excellent communication skills – both verbally and written
● Detail-oriented
● Intermediate level ability with commonly used software; Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Internet Browsers
● Strong typing skills
● Problem-solving skills which require exercising independent judgement
● Clear Criminal reference check Previous call center / Collections experience is required.
