AWS is seeking an Account Manager for Startups in Colombia. You will be the strategic lead responsible for driving cloud adoption for Startups. AWS offers a complete set of cloud services that enable all companies, from startups to enterprises, to run virtually everything in the cloud, including application development, model training, big data analytics, and AI/ML platforms.
Startups, represent a critically important subset of customers to AWS. These companies have unique needs, technical considerations, sales cycles, and growth trajectories that distinguish them from traditional companies. These businesses require different engagement strategies and sales motions from sellers to effectively acquire, grow, and retain them on the AWS platform long-term. As AWS continues to rapidly grow, we seek a Startup Account Manager to earn trust and help drive growth amongst startups in Colombia.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong sales acumen, knowledge of the startup ecosystem, and a passion for (and familiarity with) cloud services. You will be working with startups building the most advanced solutions in the cloud. To succeed you will require extensive collaboration with internal teams like marketing, solutions architects, partners, and business development teams. These relationships will be key to building and executing plans to meet and exceed sales quota. Basic Qualifications

Startups, which are now primarily born in the cloud, represent an increasingly important and critical subset of customers for AWS. Startups have unique needs, priorities, and growth trajectories that distinguish them from traditional businesses and require different engagement strategies and sales moves from sellers to effectively acquire, grow, and retain them long-term on the AWS platform.
Key job responsibilities
As AWS continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking a Startup Inside Account Representative in Colombia to help drive startup growth. Your responsibilities will include generating revenue and user adoption, migrations, and ensuring new startups select AWS as their primary cloud provider, executing sales moves from prospecting to closure. You will closely align with an account manager and counterparts in business development, marketing, solutions architecture, and partner teams to lead the execution of coordinated market entry strategies and sales plays. You will also work closely with business development teams who are conducting strategic support, global co-programming, and portfolio engagement to help drive top-of-funnel customer acquisition and accelerate sales cycles in the field.

Buscamos sumar a una persona apasionada por la estrategia financiera, con mente analítica y liderazgo colaborativo, para acompañar el crecimiento de nuestro equipo de Tesorería.
- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias financieras junto al Gerente de Tesorería y el CEO.
- Evaluar proveedores de Off-Ramp y diseñar estrategias de pricing.
- Optimizar el capital de trabajo en monedas locales y extranjeras.
- Controlar tasas de cambio y proyecciones de liquidez.
- Garantizar conciliaciones financieras precisas y compensaciones de cuentas.
- Mitigar riesgos cambiarios y realizar auditorías de capital.
- Diseñar procesos de automatización y documentarlos.
- Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Tesorería, promoviendo la mejora continua y el crecimiento profesional.
- Experiencia comprobada en diseño de pricing y en tesorería aplicada al desarrollo de producto
- Indispensable experiencia en startups fintech
- Uso e integración de IA para automatización de procesos. Claude IA, N8N, etc.
- Mínimo 5 años en tesorería o finanzas; al menos 2 años liderando equipos o proyectos.
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas financieras (Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, ERP).
- Habilidades: Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle, negociación, manejo de activos digitales/divisas, comunicación efectiva e iniciativa para proponer mejoras
- Formar parte de una fintech en expansión con impacto regional.
