The Professional Services Engineer role supports Allot’s solutions across North America. Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and integrate Allot’s products at customer sites and remotely.

Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as a MCR Engineer.

Professional Service Engineer (PSE) works as a member of the delivery team for product remote implementation, configuration, and integration of the NICE platform. Provides expertise and technical contribution in technical aspects of the project. The PSE will work with the project team from the sales to services transition through the closure of the project.

Job Description

The MCR Engineer has the following duties:

  1. Installation and integration of NICE software solutions remotely, while following defined methodology, processes, system requirements, and customer specific needs.
  2. Work directly with the implementation team to assist with any technical questions regarding the solution from kick-off of the project until handover of the delivered solution to our support center.
  3. Ensure that all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented.
  4. Communicate and reconcile any design flaws found during the delivery of NICE Solutions.
  5. Assist customers and their vendors with configuration requirements for all NICE Integration points in their environment.
  6. Provide technical expertise of the entire NICE product suite, implementation methodology, and/or related technology.
  7. Conduct systems testing for performance and reliability.
  8. Report issues found during implementation and engage support teams for assistance, as well as escalate to higher tiers and management; as appropriate.
  9. Provide basic application overview, technical support, and technical quality control throughout all stages of the project.
  10. Effectively manage time, maintain regular communication, and updates to both customer and management.
  11. Flexibility towards after hours and weekend activities.
  12. Document and add Lesson learned and Resolutions to the Nice Knowledge Base.
  13. Communicate with R&D/product support about customer technical feedback on implementation of product related enhancements and fixes.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 2 years’ experience with Product implementation & integration.

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused Director of Industry Product Management to lead the development of differentiated ERP capabilities for the professional services industry. This is a senior individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives on the dynamics of the professional services space, cross-functional influence, and product innovation.

You will work closely with horizontal product managers (e.g., Financials, HR, Procurement, Projects) to ensure our platform delivers end-to-end support for the evolving needs of mid-market professional services firms.

You will research, drive requirements, oversee design and drive launch for industry specific solutions. You will bring new products to market to drive further cross sell into the existing customer base and champion the development of new capabilities that will increase win rate and customer satisfaction with our core offerings. You will drive thought leadership in what the next generation of automation solutions can bring to the professional services space to help our clients compete and win.

Key Responsibilities Industry Strategy & Roadmap Alignment
  • Define and maintain a comprehensive industry roadmap for professional services, aligned with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate industry-specific workflows and pain points into actionable product requirements across ERP modules. Gather, document, and validate detailed product requirements based on customer interviews, market research, and regulatory analysis.
  • Champion the use of AI and automation technologies to deliver industry-specific differentiators that help clients innovate, drive efficiencies, and grow.
  • Identify opportunities to embed predictive analytics, intelligent workflows, and decision augmentation into professional services use cases to allow our users to focus on what matters.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the industry voice in product planning conversations with horizontal product teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support evangelism of our product strategy, to assist with go-to-market strategies, enablement, and to drive customer engagement.
Customer & Market Insight
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights and validate product direction.
  • Monitor competitive offerings, market shifts, and compliance trends to inform product differentiation.
Product Execution Support
  • Contribute to discovery, validation, and launch activities in collaboration with UX, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Ensure industry-specific requirements are prioritized and delivered in alignment with platform capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Experience in product management for enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of professional services business models, including project-based delivery, utilization, billing, scheduling and compliance.
  • Strong ability to influence without authority and work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven ability to translate complex industry needs into scalable product solutions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience with ERP or PSA platforms
  • Familiarity with mid-market services firms and their operational challenges.
  • Familiarity with in AI-driven or data-rich product environments.
Location

This role can be based remotely in Spain or Portugal.
