About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Acquisition Marketing Strategy to lead Fever’s global growth engine. This role will own the strategic direction and performance of paid marketing channels and user acquisition initiatives. You’ll manage millions of dollars in annual media investment, lead a large cross-functional marketing organization, and take full ownership of P&L performance.

This position requires a combination of strategic vision, data-driven execution, creative leadership, and business acumen — someone who can operate at both the macro and micro level to scale one of the fastest-growing entertainment platforms in the world.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
  • Define and execute Fever’s global acquisition marketing strategy to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability across all markets.

Marketing Product Specialist

Location:
Medellín, Colombia - Hybrid

We're looking for a cross-functional Product Specialist to support research, evolution, and maintenance of the product and materials portfolio. You'll partner with multi-disciplinary teams to drive product initiatives, craft performance metrics, and monitor competitors—ensuring a sustained competitive edge. The role centers on disciplined execution of team objectives and continuous product improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess existing products and maintain up-to-date market and competitive intelligence to support strategic decisions and enhancements.
  • Track competitors' pricing, features, and positioning; synthesize insights for action.
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of product updates and new product development.
  • Update product materials; generate, review, and adapt content; collaborate with the creative team for implementation.
  • Assist with product launches and related activities.
  • Serve as the product point-of-contact across departments; contribute content for commercial presentations (including PowerPoint).
  • Support project management, guarding timelines and deliverables.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in product management and corporate communications/content development;
    preferred
    exposure to healthcare/health insurance and familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and analytical skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Excellent organization and time management; strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proven performance in dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
    nice to have:
    Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop and Figma.
  • Professional fluency in
    English and Spanish

What You'll Do

  • Act as the bridge between Strategy & Planning (S&P) and Marketing, ensuring that the marketing strategy for the USCAN region is fully aligned with broader business priorities.
  • Partner with Marketing operational teams to design and refine Performance Marketing plans, balancing efficiency and volume to generate high-quality leads that support inbound sales motions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on a top-down analysis of the full funnel: from top-of-funnel metrics (budget allocation, campaign performance, lead generation) to bottom-of-funnel outcomes (AE processing, conversion quality, ROI).
  • Build and maintain robust dashboards and analytics frameworks (using SQL/BigQuery, Looker, Google Sheets/Excel) that measure marketing effectiveness, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to explain marketing performance trends, connect them to business outcomes, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to both Marketing and S&P leadership, enabling better decision-making, resource allocation, and prioritization.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical toolkit: Google Sheets/Excel, SQL/BigQuery, Looker are must-haves.
  • Nice to have: Python for advanced analytics or automation.
  • Proven ability to work with marketing performance metrics (budget efficiency, ROI, CAC, funnel conversion rates) and translate them into strategic direction.
  • Excellent communication skills: capable of transforming complex analyses into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between highly detailed, complex projects and fast-turnaround, pragmatic requests, knowing when to prioritize depth vs. speed.
  • Structured thinker with a strong problem-solving approach and proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and ownership to drive results.
  • Advanced English required.
