Sobre el rol

Esta posición impulsará el crecimiento estratégico de cuentas clave en un territorio o sector específico. El Ejecutivo de Cuentas es responsable de identificar y capitalizar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes y alinear la propuesta de valor integral del cliente con los objetivos del cliente. El puesto exige un alto nivel de pensamiento estratégico, la capacidad de colaborar con equipos multifuncionales y un enfoque en ofrecer soluciones de alto valor que potencien el éxito del cliente e impulsen la cuota de mercado. El éxito en este puesto se mide por el crecimiento de los ingresos, la satisfacción del cliente y la capacidad de gestionar eficazmente la dinámica de cuentas a gran escala.

Responsabilidades clave

• Establecer y fortalecer relaciones sólidas con las partes interesadas clave, incluyendo a los altos ejecutivos. Construir relaciones clave: Comprador Económico (cliente interno), Comprador Técnico (nuestro enlace), Coach y Comprador Ejecutivo (líder).
• Aplique técnicas de venta consultiva para comprender a fondo los objetivos, desafíos y ambiciones del cliente en relación con las cargas de trabajo críticas y la innovación. Actúe como asesor de confianza, alineando la oferta del cliente con las necesidades del cliente, seleccionando una combinación precisa de productos, servicios y soluciones para abordar sus desafíos y generar valor a largo plazo.
• Asume la responsabilidad proactiva de tu desarrollo profesional, manteniendo la curiosidad y adoptando una mentalidad de crecimiento. Céntrate en impulsar tu éxito, mejorar tus habilidades como profesional de ventas y profundizar tu experiencia en la propuesta de valor del cliente.
• Identifique y capitalice de forma proactiva las oportunidades de venta adicional y cruzada, aprovechando el conocimiento del cliente, la experiencia en la presencia y las capacidades del cliente en el mercado y el panorama competitivo.
• Monitorear las tendencias del mercado y las actividades de la competencia para refinar las estrategias de ventas y mantenerse competitivo.
• Mantenga constantemente la higiene del CRM actualizando periódicamente todas las actividades, oportunidades y acuerdos para administrar el flujo de ventas, brindar pronósticos de ventas precisos y realizar un seguimiento del rendimiento.
• Actuar como punto de contacto principal para los clientes, gestionando todos los aspectos del proceso de ventas desde el contacto inicial, pasando por la negociación y el cierre de acuerdos de ventas complejos, hasta la entrega al departamento de Éxito del Cliente para la implementación y el soporte posventa, asegurando relaciones basadas en valor a largo plazo.
• Asóciese con el ecosistema de socios del cliente para mejorar y agrupar ofertas de soluciones, aprovechar sus relaciones con los clientes y ampliar las oportunidades comerciales.
• Colabore en los planes de cuenta con sus homólogos en los equipos de preventa, ventas internas, ecosistema de socios y ventas especializadas para brindar soluciones integrales y ayudar a impulsar la tracción.
• Identifique y priorice cada trimestre las cuentas clave que tengan un gran potencial para adoptar los productos y soluciones del cliente, estableciendo hitos y cronogramas claros para maximizar las oportunidades de lograr un crecimiento significativo de la participación en el mercado.

Habilidades y experiencia

• Experiencia en ventas y gestión de cuentas, con un historial comprobado de cumplimiento o superación de objetivos de ventas.
• Conocimiento de la industria del software empresarial, particularmente soluciones como infraestructura Linux, nube híbrida, gestión de contenedores, Edge, inteligencia artificial y seguridad.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad de influir en las partes interesadas principales, presentando soluciones técnicas complejas de manera clara y convincente.
• Habilidades analíticas para comprender las tendencias del mercado y aplicar conocimientos a las estrategias de ventas.
• Fuertes habilidades para la resolución de problemas con un enfoque en encontrar soluciones innovadoras a los desafíos del cliente.
