Descripción del PuestoZemsania se encuentra en búsqueda de un Consultor SAP PS con un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en la implementación y soporte de sistemas SAP, específicamente en el módulo PS. El candidato ideal será responsable de promover la utilización eficiente de SAP S/4HANA en la gestión de proyectos y procesos logísticos, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los equipos internos para garantizar que las soluciones implementadas se alineen con las necesidades del negocio.
Responsabilidades- Implementación y Soporte: Liderar y ejecutar proyectos de implementación de SAP PS, así como proporcionar soporte continuo a los usuarios.
- Análisis de Requerimientos: Colaborar con las partes interesadas para analizar y documentar los requerimientos de negocio, asegurando que se comprendan completamente las expectativas y necesidades.
- Transformación de Requerimientos: Convertir los requerimientos de negocio en soluciones técnicas efectivas y prácticas dentro del entorno de SAP S/4HANA.
- Optimización de Procesos: Evaluar y proponer mejoras a los procesos logísticos actuales, garantizando que las soluciones estén alineadas con las mejores prácticas de la industria y maximicen la eficiencia operativa.

This role
The Director of ERP Systems is responsible to oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; by defining the roadmap, oversee critical integrations (loan origination, servicing, collections, treasury, data warehouses), ensure PCAOB/SOX-compliant operations, and manage both an internal team and external partners.
Responsibilities- Own the vision & roadmap for PayJoy’s finance systems, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with our growth strategy — with an ERP-agnostic mindset.
- Lead & mentor a high-performing team of ERP administrators, developers, and analysts.
- Drive excellence in NetSuite, optimizing financials, CRM, SCM, and custom workflows, while preparing for future transitions (e.g., Oracle).
- Lending Systems Acumen: Provide leadership in the design and optimization of systems supporting a lending lifecycle, including loan origination, servicing, payments, collections, and related financial reporting.
- Ensure robust integration with lending systems, treasury, expense, and BI tools, maintaining clean data flows for accurate financial reporting.
- Project Management: Oversee all phases of ERP-related projects, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within NetSuite. Develop and maintain robust reporting and analytics capabilities with a deep understanding of lending-specific accounting treatments (e.g., revenue recognition for loans, interest accruals, charge-offs, loan loss provisioning).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with finance, accounting, operations, engineering, product, and other departments to understand their needs, gather requirements, and deliver effective ERP solutions.
- Build for compliance: design and maintain systems to meet PCAOB standards, SOX internal controls, and GAAP requirements, especially around loan accounting, provisioning, and revenue recognition.
- Manage vendors & consultants, holding them accountable to deliver on strategic initiatives.
- Champion change management, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and systems across global teams.
- 10+ years leading finance systems or ERP platforms, with deep NetSuite expertise and a strong grasp of broader ERP architectures.
- Experience building systems that meet rigorous audit & compliance requirements (PCAOB/SOX/GAAP).
- Ideally some experience with other ERPs (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics) or planning large-scale transitions.
- Strong coding or development experience in general, with a plus for NetSuite-specific development experience (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow and saved searches/reports).
- Very familiar with the accounting principles and practices specific to a lending company, including revenue recognition, interest accrual, and impairment.
- A collaborative, hands-on approach — comfortable working across time zones and cultures in a fast-paced, mission-driven company.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

What will your day-to-day be like?

- Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders as required.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP experience in FICO
- Pharma experience (FDA-regulated industry) is a plus.
- GxP requirements experience.
- DRC-BPC knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of integration touchpoints
- Prior Experience in AMS (Application Management Services) is desired.
- Strong oral and written communication skills

We are looking for a SAP MDG Consultant for our Keyrus International team.
Our customer is embarking on an exciting journey to implement SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) for Material Master. This project is the first phase of a more extensive MDG roadmap that will eventually encompass BOMs, purchasing objects, and finance objects. We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG consultant to support the customer’s journey.
Location: Anywhere in LATAM
Contract duration: 9 months
What will your day-to-day be like?
- Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP MDG for Material Master, including the design and implementation of approval workflows.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, define data governance processes, and ensure data quality.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the MDG solution and ensure data integrity.
- Provide training and support to end-users on MDG processes and tools.
- Contribute to the overall MDG roadmap and strategy for future phases of the project.
- Manage Customer licenses in the system + Run weekly checks to monitor live data (licenses, etc.)
- Ensure Data Quality
- Manage Ship-to / Sold-to from different systems (Data coming from 3 different sources): creation in MDG + mange technically the interfaces

Do you have what we are looking for?
- Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP MDG – Customer Master, Material Master, Finance Master Data Objects, Vendor, BOMs, etc.
- Minimum 2 End-to-end implementation experience in MDG, including hands-on design and configuration.
- Integration MDG with other systems
- Knowledge of various aspects of MDG, including source and consumer integration, application architecture, and security.
- Knowledge of Messages monitoring and message handling (Webservices, …)
- Strong knowledge of approval flows (Create, Change, Block/unblock, Deletion)
- Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques.
- Experience with Pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Experience in Customer Master functionalities in MDG
- Expert in MDM tool + Governance
Must-have skills:
- Understand the concept of customer + understand Sold-to, bill-to, and ship-to integration
- Hands-on ABAP technical work + MDG technical
- MDC feature: match and merge rules (not only master update and master upload)
- Interfacing between MDG and external system
