Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about new listings, market trends, and transaction progress.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listed properties, including staging, photography, and virtual tours.

Exciting Real Estate Paralegal position in Santa Monica. This is a full-time, hybrid role based out of our client’s Santa Monica Corporate Office. There will be three days worked in the office and two days with the option to work remotely. Base salary is $90-$120K
Responsibilities:
• Review existing leases, REAs and other documents for existing exclusives and prohibited uses/use restrictions and prepare schedules/exhibits of same for pad sales and anchor/big box lease transactions.
• Perform due diligence reviews of leases and REAs.
• Draft template REA and anchor lease amendments, purchase and sale agreements, CC&Rs and other legal documents.
• Prepare critical dates charts for anchor projects; manage critical dates and deadlines for anchor projects in process.
• Managing the Company’s process for obtaining title information.
• Managing inquiries regarding property ownership.
• Managing the process of providing property-related legal information for due diligence needs in commercial property sales.
• Manage documentation for large transactions.
• Handle escrow transactions for land sales, including monitoring and coordinating escrow responsibilities, and preparation of closing documents and closing instruction letters.
• Handle and manage, under real estate attorney guidance, the preparation and/or review and processing of estoppel certificates.
• Catalog development memos for shopping center malls.
• Notary or open to becoming a notary.
• All other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved school is required.

Responsibilities
- Executive-Level Support: Manage calendars, scheduling, and business coordination with accuracy and foresight.
- Operations & Organization: Create, refine, and maintain processes that keep the business running at peak efficiency.
- Transaction Coordination: Ensure every file, contract, and client communication is complete, accurate, and on time.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the hub for smooth, professional, and timely interactions with buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies.
- Documentation & Systems: Oversee document handling, CRM updates, and tool management with exceptional attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving & Initiative: Identify gaps, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions before issues arise.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record: At least 2–3 years of administrative experience (real estate or related industries preferred).
- Organizational mastery: Ability to manage multiple priorities, systems, and processes without losing track of details.
- Tech fluency: Strong experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Suite, and an ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- Communication excellence: Fluent English (C1+), with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset: Someone who takes initiative, works independently, and operates with a “solutions-first” approach.
- Professional presence: High level of discretion, reliability, and commitment to excellence in every task.
$1,200 USD monthly starting salary (with increases at months #4 and #13).
