Responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar la estrategia de Real Estate a nivel local respecto a proyectos de: búsqueda de instalaciones, ampliación de instalaciones, consolidación y optimizaciones de sitios alineado con la estrategia corporativa en NAC y SAC
  • Gestión de proyectos: Dirigir la planificación, el diseño y la construcción de nuevas instalaciones, renovaciones y proyectos de infraestructura, garantizando el cumplimiento del presupuesto, el calendario y las normas medioambientales y de sostenibilidad.
  • Sostenibilidad y gestión medioambiental: Aplicar prácticas e iniciativas sostenibles para minimizar el impacto medioambiental de las instalaciones, reducir el consumo de energía y mejorar la eficiencia de los recursos en los sitios de NAC y SAC.
  • Liderar la gestión del modelo de Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) en los países y entidades de NAC y SAC
  • Liderar la implementación de CAPEX para los países de NAC y SAC, esto incluye supervisar los proyectos inmobiliarios y las operaciones de las instalaciones, incluidos los gastos de capital, los gastos operativos y las obligaciones de arrendamiento, para optimizar la rentabilidad y la correcta asignación de recursos en los sitios.

  • Gestionar y hacer seguimiento al desempeño operacional del proveedor de IFM para NAC y SAC.
  • Estandarizar la gestión de Real Estate e IFM en los países bajo su responsabilidad, esto incluye la gobernanza de los procesos y procedimientos que permitan un correcto desarrollo de las actividades y proyectos.
  • Atender y acompañar auditorías internas y externas con el fin de sustentar el cumplimiento de requerimientos legales y operacionales del área de Real Estate y Facilities.
  • Controlar la gestión de bienes raíces en los países de NAC y SAC, esto incluye la revisión y alineación con stakeholders de los scopes contractuales solicitados, management y seguimiento financiero de los alcances de los contratos, alineación con finanzas para la gestión de facturación y pagos.
  • Comunicación permanente y efectiva con los landlord o administraciones de las propiedades en las cuales SE y sus filiales en NAC y SAC desarrollan operaciones, con el fin de garantizar que se da cumplimiento a los compromisos pactados a nivel contractual.

  • Proficiency in using Appfolio and QuickBooks for financial management
  • Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
