**POSITION SUMMARY**
Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with room access. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Lock property entrances when required. Conduct daily physical hazard inspections. Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations. Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Defuse guest/employee disturbances. Call for outside assistance if necessary. Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents. Handle all interruptions and complaints. Resolve safety hazard situations. Escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation. Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts. Call for assistance using proper code responses. Complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report. Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents; release information only to authorized individuals. Conduct investigations and gather evidence. Conduct interviews with relevant parties.
Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. What We’re Looking For
As an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) at Maverc you will provide full life cycle support for System Security Plans (SSPs) and ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes. You will contribute to the adoption of a Zero Trust security framework and apply security expertise to protect mission-critical systems. You will leverage tools such as LatteArt, ScanBoy, Biscotti, Sear and Exacta to identify, assess and mitigate vulnerabilities. You will collaborate with engineers, system owners and stakeholders to integrate security requirements and maintain a strong enterprise security posture.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development, maintenance and updates of System Security Plans.
  • Implement and reinforce Zero Trust principles across systems.
  • Conduct security control assessments and risk analyses in accordance with RMF.
  • Use tools such as LatteArt, Biscotti, ScanBoy, Sear and Exacta in day to day operations.
  • Identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain complete and accurate security documentation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure security is integrated into every phase of system design and operation.

This position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI+FSP Security Clearance .

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active TS/SCI+FSPClearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field
  • DoD 8570 compliance at IAM Level I or higher.
  • 5+ years of ISSO, cybersecurity or information assurance experience.
  • Knowledge of RMF processes and demonstrated experience supporting SSPs.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and its application.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Collaborate with respective supporting functions/departments (IT, HR, Facility, Legal, DPO, etc.) to address relevant security issues/risks.
  • Perform internal audit/assessment on regular basis based on different business process compliance management and risk control mechanisms in different accounts to ensure the full compliance as per relevant standard and identify potential issues/risks.
  • Work closely with the operation team to get all identified non-compliance items fixed in a timely manner to drive for closure and proactively propose and deploy extra preventive controls where appropriate.
  • Establish and execute a robust methodology for periodic reviews aiming to highlight the gaps that exist in the operational processes.
    • Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes of business issues, and/or opportunities.
    • Provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions and suggest improvements to the processes.
    • Review and report the results and present to management team.
  • Ensure partnership with accounts management team for Proactive Compliance Risk Management – identification, assessment, risk action planning, and closures.
  • Coordinate and support Global Security Assessments (GSAs) - a holistic assessment (technology, HR, operations, finance, etc.) of risks being faced by delivery operations and No Notice Inspections (NNIs) conducted against the specific accounts in scope.
  • Participate and involve in assigned investigations.
  • Conduct incidents analytics for assigned areas within the defined timelines.
  • Drive incidents to closure in a timely manner as required.
  • Document learnings from incidents and circulate to relevant stakeholders Work with Client Risk Control Team directly as the security SPOC from CNX.

Qualifications:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience working in risk and compliance management, internal security controls, internal/external security assessment or audit, internal or cyber incident investigations.
  • Bachelor's/ Masters’ Degree in Information Technology or relevant areas.
  • CISA certified or willing/able to certify within 12 months of employment.
  • Experience in the BPO industry working in quality, security compliance or delivery strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of BPO Business Operation and CRM services delivery processes.
  • Understanding fraud, process non-compliance and incident investigations as well as various risks in the BPO industry.
  • Ability to identify performance and opportunity gaps.
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate findings to senior team members with appropriate recommendation and action plan raised to address the gaps in an effective & efficient manner.

El Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) será el líder visionario encargado de integrar la ciberseguridad como un pilar estratégico en Wenia, que opera con una infraestructura en nube (AWS) y además se conecta con todo el ecosistema de activos digitales basados en Blockchain. Este rol prioriza la concientización de seguridad en toda la organización, manejo y adecuada gestión de los riesgos la alineación con los equipos de tecnología mediante prácticas DevSecOps, y la protección de activos digitales en un entorno cloud. El CISO no solo mitigará riesgos, sino que también impulsará una cultura de seguridad proactiva que fomente la innovación y fortalezca la confianza de los clientes en un sector altamente competitivo y regulado.

Desarrollar e implementar una estrategia de ciberseguridad que proteja los activos digitales de nuestros clientes, la infraestructura en la nube y en general los sistemas de información de Wenia, alinee la seguridad con los objetivos de negocio y fomente una concientización organizacional que convierta a cada empleado en un defensor de la seguridad. El CISO asegurará que Wenia mantenga una postura resiliente frente a amenazas emergentes, integrando seguridad en cada etapa del ciclo de desarrollo y operaciones tecnológicas.

  • Estrategia de Seguridad Integrada: Diseñar una visión de seguridad que combine la protección de activos digitales con la seguridad nativa en la nube y sus sistemas subyacentes, alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento de la startup.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento del principio de seguridad desde el diseño de cada una de las soluciones, aplicaciones, recursos, etc. De forma que se contemplen dentro del ciclo de desarrollo de soluciones las recomendaciones, controles y medidas necesarias para garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad de la información de la compañía.
  • Concientización de Seguridad: Liderar programas de formación y simulacros (ej. ataques de phishing) para empoderar a los empleados como primera línea de defensa, promoviendo una cultura de seguridad como responsabilidad compartida.
  • Como parte del equipo de riesgos y ciberseguridad, debe participar en la elaboración, mantenimiento, divulgación y publicación actualizada de políticas, procedimientos, estándares, líneas base, etc., garantizando la alineación con las mejores prácticas y normas de referencia.
  • Alineación con DevSecOps: Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo (nuestro stack está basado en Elixir) y operaciones para integrar controles de seguridad en los pipelines CI/CD, utilizando herramientas de seguridad innovadoras para automatizar la seguridad del código y la gestión de secretos.
  • Seguridad en la Nube AWS: Velar por la correcta configuración y optimización de servicios en AWS (IAM, Security Groups, GuardDuty, WAF) para garantizar un entorno seguro, escalable y conforme a estándares de la industria.
  • Gestión de Riesgos Estratégicos: Identificar y priorizar riesgos específicos del sector cripto (ej. ataques a la cadena de suministro de software, exploits de contratos inteligentes, en redes de Blockchain) y traducirlos en planes accionables para Wenia.
  • Respuesta a Incidentes: Dirigir la preparación y respuesta ante incidentes, implementando planes de recuperación rápidos y efectivos para minimizar el impacto en la continuidad del negocio.
  • Cumplimiento y Auditorías: Asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones (AML/KYC, BMA) y liderar auditorías internas/externas para demostrar transparencia y confianza ante el Grupo Bancolombia y nuestros clientes.
  • Dar guía a los ingenieros de seguridad, promoviendo habilidades técnicas que les ayude a desempañar su rol de forma correcta.
  • Innovación en Seguridad: Explorar tecnologías emergentes (ej. Zero Trust, Zero Knowledge Proof, análisis de amenazas basado en IA, análisis de redes de Blockchain, contratos inteligentes) para mantener a la startup a la vanguardia de la ciberseguridad.
  • Experiencia avanzada en AWS, con foco en seguridad nativa (IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, Config).
  • Conocimiento de blockchain y criptografía aplicada (gestión de llaves, firmas digitales).
  • Dominio de herramientas DevSecOps (Terraform, GitHub Actions, SAST/SCA como Fluid o Snyk).
  • Conocimiento avanzado del ciclo de desarrollo de software.
  • Capacidad para implementar monitoreo continuo (SIEM, AWS Security Hub) y automatización de respuestas.
  • Habilidad para alinear la seguridad con la estrategia de negocio y comunicar riesgos a stakeholders no técnicos.
  • Visión para anticipar tendencias en ciberseguridad (ej. amenazas a la nube, ataques a redes de Blockchain o ataques basados en IA).
  • Enfoque en la creación de una cultura de seguridad organizacional medible y sostenible.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 8 años en roles de ciberseguridad, con al menos 3 años en entornos cloud (preferiblemente AWS).
  • Deseable, Experiencia en startups o empresas cripto, con un historial de implementación de seguridad en equipos ágiles.
  • Demostrada capacidad para liderar iniciativas de concientización y alineación con equipos de desarrollo.

Grado en Ciberseguridad o Ingeniería de Software, con certificaciones como CISSP, CISM, AWS Security Specialty.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Additional Requirements: Active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.

Salary Range: $155,000 - $210,000. Compensation is determined based on various factors including experience, education, and skills.

What you'll be doing
  • Overseeing information security for Revolut in Colombia
  • Collaborating with the global Information Security team, working towards the maturity, automation, and scalability of InfoSec and IT operations controls
  • Developing and delivering strategies, methodologies, communications, and training plans to raise InfoSec awareness, in line with applicable regulations
  • Designing, implementing, and executing operational and tactical goals to meet strategic KPIs
  • Ensuring the performance and availability of the function is sufficient to deliver technical services
  • Building solid working relationships with regulators regarding Revolut’s IT/InfoSec policies
  • Overseeing activities outsourced to group companies to ensure compliance against applicable regulations
  • Conducting and completing third-party security risk assessments and reviews
  • Coordinating internal and external compliance reviews, providing expertise for regulator and compliance frameworks
  • Reporting security status and events to senior management
What you'll need
  • Senior experience in InfoSec and IT operations
  • Advanced experience in technical security disciplines and information security requirements
  • Experience managing intra-group outsourcing of InfoSec and IT services
  • A track record in delivering localised group IT/InfoSec policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
  • An excellent understanding of compliance requirements, including those related to the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks
