We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Specialist to join our team. The PLM Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are developed and delivered on time, meet the highest quality standards and are align to the Product Lifecycle Management framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee and manage the complete product lifecycle from initial idea to end-of-life for products launched in LAC. Become the regional expert on the PLM process and work on its implementation throughout the LAC team.
- Technology Prioritization & Alignment: Collaborate with LAC’s product owners to evaluate and prioritize technology requests, ensuring alignment with the region’s strategic objectives and market needs. Oversee and manage the end-to-end pipeline, track and report on the progress of technology developments. Support communication with Global teams guaranteeing streamlined communication and alignment on development priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work collaboratively with local, regional and global solutions owners, client services, marketing, risk, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the PLM framework and Technology pipeline management.
- Compliance : Ensure that all products comply with company standards and regulations including NBIA process.
- Training and Support : Provide training and support to team members on PLM tools and best practices.
- Operations: Support Regional Products and Solutions operations at LAC.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications
-5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
-6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product lifecycle management or a related role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Certifications: Product Management, SCRUM Master or PMP certification is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the payment industry is highly desirable.

Job Description
The Manager – Product Strategy & Commercialization at Mastercard is responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and commercialization of network connectivity products and solutions. Key Responsibilities

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist to join our team and support Mastercard's Credit strategy across Latin America. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define a customer-centric product vision and ensure alignment between business priorities, development objectives, and market trends.

Team Overview:
The Cardholder Services (CHS) team at Mastercard delivers best-in-class travel, everyday, and insurance benefits that are embedded in card products. CHS is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, sourcing, and scaling of benefit offerings through strong vendor partnerships and cutting-edge technology. The team manages the global P&L, supplier agreements, oversees vendor and technology roadmaps, and drives alignment across global Mastercard teams.
Role Overview:
The Director of Product Management will join Mastercard's Cardholder Services (CHS) team to manage the digital platform at the heart of the CHS ecosystem. The Benefits Platform serves as the main system of record for cardholder benefit eligibility and content, enabling real-time benefit verification, customer-facing benefit experiences, and seamless integration with contact centers to ensure Mastercard cardholders enjoy consistent, high-quality benefits wherever they are.
This key Director role will be accountable for leading Benefits Platform product strategy end-to-end, partnering closely with engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities and deliver roadmap priorities. The Director will drive platform growth by expanding vendor integrations and customer adoption, leveraging innovative technologies to enhance platform features and addressing all aspects necessary to bring product features to market, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, sales training, and technical documentation. Additionally, this role will ensure alignment across the shared services that support the Cardholder Services program.
Responsibilities:
- Own the vision and strategic roadmap for the Benefits Platform, developing 3-5 year enhancement strategies to grow platform adoption through innovative digital transformation initiatives
- Lead product ownership of the platform and all related services, partnering with engineering teams to deliver roadmap priorities and enhance platform capabilities for new feature development
- Drive platform growth by expanding vendor integrations and increasing the number of customers fully configured in the platform, focusing on adoption strategies that help vendors grow business and enable issuers to save costs and improve customer experience
- Execute on a vision to build feature-rich platform capabilities that create value for all partners, including personalized benefits for cardholders and seamless integration points for benefit administrators and vendors
- Commercialize platform features and services through sales materials, case studies, and partnership with Business Development teams to drive sales and support customer engagements
- Ensure alignment across shared service providers including Delivery, Billing, and Customer Experience teams, representing Cardholder Services needs and requirements
- Effectively negotiate with partners and technology vendors to optimize result and alignment to Cardholder Services and broader Mastercard objectives
- Manage business cases for new investments, co-own program KPIs tracking
- Ensure compliance with Privacy and Legal requirements for sensitive cardholder data
- Lead and develop direct reports, promoting professional development and growth
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy Development, or Technology Consulting
- Advanced degree such as MBA or Master's in quantitative field preferred
- Proven track record of launching digital products and effectively working in matrix environments across technology teams
- Domain expertise in technology solutions including APIs, web hosting, tokenization, and SSO, with understanding of data privacy principles for protecting sensitive cardholder and transaction data
- Experience with customer feedback gathering, needs assessment, and driving exceptional customer experience outcomes in digital product environments
- Demonstrated success in strategic thinking and independent execution
- Critical thinking skills to question status quo and drive business change
- Outstanding collaboration skills with ability to build relationships across Engineering teams, regional stakeholders, and diverse product organizations within Mastercard's matrix structure
- Strong communication and presentation abilities with experience adapting messaging for diverse stakeholders

The U.S. Consumer Panel Services (CPS) Product Leader will play a crucial role in supporting the development of the roadmap for Consumer Panel Services in the U.S. market, serve as a subject matter expert and drive the next generation of Consumer Panel measurement solutions. Reporting through to the U.S. Consumer Panel Services product leader you will be part of an exciting growth region for consumer products.
You will be responsible for supporting the assessment of product opportunities and defining those with the best value / cost for our clients. As our clients demand solutions that reflect the growing channel fragmentation, you will work with data science, operations and commercial teams to prioritize and deliver product innovations in the consumer panel space. We’re looking for someone driven, with a passion for data and consumer behavior, who is excited to lead the charge. Responsibilities
- Support the creation of the Consumer Panel measurement product strategy and roadmap, following the full product development life cycle and ensuring we are aligned with business goals.
- Provide product expertise on data summarization, technical implementation, end to end processes
- Own the e2e rollout of quarterly events including vetting feasibility, supporting e2e planning, and validation
- Manage the monthly distribution of release notes and quality alerts, ensuring a comprehensive review is provided to our internal stakeholders
- Support the subject matter experts to evangelize the product(s) with internal stakeholders and clients
- Support with identifying customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Support marketing, pricing and commercial teams to develop product go-to-market strategies
- Gather and synthesize data from CPS, RMS, and other sources to inform product decisions and socialization materials, utilizing both front-end and back-end tools.
- 3-5+ years of experience in retail, consumer packaged goods or other market measurement products. Experience with Consumer Panel is preferred. RMS and Ecomm experience are a plus.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- Ability to support cross-functional teams from strategy to execution while creating strong relationships with leaders across Retail, Operations, Technology, Data Science and Commercial
- Proven understanding of traditional forms of measurement and their challenges in modern times
- A strategic thinker and executor; see the vision, defines the big picture into action, and leads a team to follow and execute with passion
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly and concisely including with executives and external press/industry forums, where required
- Client mindset! Demonstrated influence, stakeholder engagement, and ability to cut through organizational complexity

Overview
The Business and Market Insights (B&MI) team is seeking a Manager, Regional Product Manager, to support our Business Intelligence (BI) business for Latin America and the Caribbean region. This role is accountable for consistently delivering revenue and margin targets for our BI solutions, including non-transactional data insights and capability building platforms, across customer segments and go-to-market strategies throughout the region.

In This Leadership Position, You Will
- Lead development and continuous improvement of product packages to address recurring client needs, address Mastercard regional priorities and ensure attainment of B&MI revenue and margin targets
- Co-create and drive go-to-market strategies for priority products across each of our distribution channels including one-to-one sales, market-wide sales, network-linked sales, and partnership sales
- Drive engagement and usage of our Business Intelligence platforms by internal and external stakeholders
- Disseminate our main capabilities both internally and externally with engaging storytelling and data
- Identify opportunities for improvement across sales and delivery lifecycle. Develop and drive activities to increase customer engagement and foster positive experiences of customers with B&MI solutions
- Systematically partner with regional and global teams to develop and deliver innovations to our markets
The ideal candidate should:
- Have experience (+4 years) experience in management consulting for financial services or digital product management in Latin America. Experience (+2 years) in business development roles will be highly valued.
- Demonstrate high-level of problem-solving, creativity, communication, and relationship building skills
- Demonstrate our Mastercard Way behaviors, necessary to be effective in cross-functional teams
- Be proficient and autonomous in Profit and Loss statement (P&L) analysis and management
- Fluency in English is required, fluency in Spanish and Portuguese will be highly valued.
