As the Director, Product Management over our core subscription billing and management application, you’ll be responsible for delivering on a variety of product outcomes and themes that will fortify Recurly’s position as a leader in the subscription management and billing space. We’re seeking an individual with strong technical and business acumen who can evolve Recurly as a value-added partner with the right set of features and functionality customers can use to run their subscription business with ease and at scale.
This role’s success will be measured by the candidate’s ability to increase efficiency and efficacy across a variety of user personas including growth marketers, financial analysts, customer service reps, and developers. In addition, as one of the leaders in our newly formed Colombian office, you will be responsible for collaborating with other leaders within the Colombian office to champion the Recurly culture, manage/improve cross functional processes (especially between Product and Engineering), and liaise between the Colombian office and Recurly’s executive and extended leadership teams.
Responsibilities- Perform generative research on problem spaces/opportunity areas to ideate and prioritize innovative and differentiated customer-centric solutions and experiences;
- Own, manage, and defend theme based visions that align to strategic objectives and deliver outcomes, not just outputs
- Be the subject matter in your area. Excite and motivate internal and external stakeholders with your vision and the outcomes you plan to deliver
- Look across all Recurly products, features, and functionality to creative innovative solutions that solve problems or realize opportunities holistically.
- Take big ideas and break them down into deliverable chunks of functionality that prioritize items with the highest ROI first (focus on getting value out to market quickly)
- Work cross functionally and collaboratively with leaders on Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to drive successful product launches and execute successfully on go-to-market strategies.
- Be an exceptional communicator, both written and oral. As a Senior PM, it is important that information you share is catered for the audience (including execs) you are delivering it to
- Quantify your impact through KPIs and metrics and hold yourself accountable to the outcomes you are trying to achieve
- Own the outcome. Do whatever it takes to deliver your vision and drive the outcomes you desire
- 7+ years of experience delivering product and features at a B2B Saas company including experience taking features from 0-1
- Experience as a team/functional leader liaising between teams on the ground and senior leadership, improving processes, and embodying company culture
- Working knowledge of modern technology and database concepts (SQL experience a major PLUS)
- Subscription billing and management experience (ideally managing features/products that drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value) is a nice-to-have
- Experience collaborating with engineering and technology teams to drive product development is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that drive clarity and influence at the C-suite level as well drive successful collaboration and alignment across different levels of stakeholders across engineering, legal, compliance, marketing, operations, and finance
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership to drive product success

About The Role
As a Business Analyst on Navitaire’s Booking Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of airline reservation systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Developers, QA, Product Managers, and client stakeholders—to define, refine, and deliver booking functionality enhancements across Navitaire’s New Skies platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and airline clients to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for booking-related features and enhancements.
- User Story Development: Translate business needs into clear, actionable Agile user stories and acceptance criteria. Maintain the team backlog and ensure alignment with product goals.
- Domain Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in offer, order, settle, and deliver (OOSD) and core PSS booking system behavior. Provide guidance to development and QA teams on functional expectations and edge cases.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with developers, QA analysts, and other BAs to ensure smooth handoffs and shared understanding of requirements. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

The Opportunity
Hitachi Energy is seeking candidates to work as a part of the Hub Marketing and Sales or Product Line in Power Transformers. The Regional Product Manager (RPM) will work directly with the Hub Marketing and Sales Manager for Power Transformer or eventually for the PT Product Line Manager and will report functionally to the Global Product Manager (GPM).
As a Regional Product Manager, you will play a vital role in providing the Voice of the Customer in the region with structured proposals to Global Product Managers and lead the market introduction in the Regions and the implementation of the mid-long term strategy and competitiveness programs. Leads the Market introduction of new products in coordination with Hub M&S, Hub Application Engineering. Create and adapt marketing information to the respective market/region based on the Market Introduction Plan and in alignment with the GPMs and GPMM.

Competitor benchmarking (market intelligence, new releases).

Quality Assurance and HSE
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize product design for manufacturability and scalability.
Provide guidance and support to manufacturing teams during the transition and ramp-up phases, addressing any product-related challenges or issues.
Follows up the Regional GPG Quality KPIs and supports technically Quality in the RCA preparation and the corrective action plan elaboration.
Follows up the GPG regional HSE KPIs and support the HSE programs implementation in the Region according the GPG and BU strategy.

Your Background
– MSc or BSc Engineering degree.
– Proven experience in product management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
– Strong understanding of product development processes, manufacturing techniques, and quality standards.
– Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet project milestones. Structured and analytical thinking.
– Technical knowledge of the power transformers portfolio with international experience in different customers and product standards. Intercultural sensitivity.

Purpose
The Manager, Product Design and Solutions, will support delivery of the Global AML Transformation program, & assigned projects and day to day support activities. Working closely with the Sr Manager Design Strategy & Operational Support, the Manager will coordinate across the various stakeholder groups including, Technology, AMA, Business Lines (across the Enterprise), AML Risk, PMO, and others (as required), to support delivery or programs, plans, initiatives, and strategies on time and within budget for assigned products/platforms and services in scope.
Accountabilities
- Support the Sr Manager DSOS in the formulation of the overall strategy for specific product (Automation, Machine Learning & AI) and journeys assigned, delivering on the strategic roadmap for the platform, prioritizing initiatives and securing necessary resources, leveraging effective collaboration, relationship building, and negotiation leading to "buy in" and decisions supported by relevant stakeholders,
- Define and translate user needs into requirements, managing the grooming and prioritization of product backlogs, advocating, and supporting the scheduling and delivery of assigned backlog items, overseeing design, sign off, and technology engagement
- Applies a technical understanding of the assigned platform/product and works with technical teams to formulate the technical solutions and corresponding design documentation. Keeps an eye on the latest technologies and comes up with ideas to use them to improve the product,
- Understands the product and the core journeys in depth, and can use competition trends to inform and improve the product, drawing ideas from across different industries with help to generate ideas for the product and its delivery,
- Understands the significance of qualitative aspects of the assigned product experience and can guide the team around finding the right balance between how it makes the user feel and how effectively the product performs, expressing such through effective design documentation that support end to end understanding and aligned to the product outcomes,
- Manages queries and programming of structured data / large databases assigned and managed, to address complex business issues and operational support practices ongoing such as logical access, audit retrieval, and production validation activities. Exercises judgement while employing various data techniques and procedures to perform the continuous iteration and analysis of past and current data, to obtain insights about a business challenge / issue,
- Helps in managing/organizing all the information that is gathered during the problem discovery and collaborates with the team through the solution evaluation and design, assisting with delivering on well researched business cases with the right inputs and outcomes, mapping dollars to both and can assist with justifying the investment and calculating strategic value, accounting for challenges and contingency,
- Balances a product-oriented vs project-oriented approach applying an intuitive understanding of the metrics necessary to inspire the team this includes the ability to articulate business problems to the team in a way that enables them to determine the best solutions, and engaging with architects and development leads to validate solutions and success metrics / acceptance to use the right metrics and helping them to tie to key business goals,
- Supports the product implementation roadmap, by participating in regular planning sessions with key stakeholders, contributing to the development and execution of the overall delivery roadmap, and recommending roadmap priorities throughout the project life cycle. Interact closely with all value stream leads to support the timely delivery of their Oracle related work streams,
- Assist with delivering within the established framework and standards that govern and accelerate our global initiatives, and support optimization, financial accountability, and execution success across the delivery value chain, including aligning portfolio to enterprise delivery framework. Providing release production validation, sign off, and defect tracking, aligning to program priorities for resolution,
- Helps Identify the internal and the external risks of the program; recommending activities to mitigate risks through understanding how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions,
- Contribute to environment in which the team pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet assigned obligations with respect to operational risk & Business Sustainment accountabilities, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct,
- Build strong partnerships globally with First Line, Second Line, Internal Audit, Technology, Data Governance Office, and other key stakeholders in connection with the Bank's AML/ATF Program, and work collaboratively across functional teams to resolve open issues in a timely and effective manner,
- Provides oversight, direction, coaching & professional development to Assistant Manager(s) or assigned resources (where applicable). Is also involved in day-to-day execution of owned areas, sustaining a high-performance environment with a focus on individual accountability and strong inter-group collaboration across all teams, reinforcing mutual respect.
- Provides testing support role on various levels by reviewing and providing feedback on test plans, test cases, analyzing/interpreting test results, and conducting Product Owner Acceptance

Education / Experience / Other Information
- Excellent experience with change management and influencing stakeholders.
- Deep analytical, project management and communication experience (strong professional writing and PPT presentation skills).
- Experience and technical know-how of risk management procedures, processes, and tools.
- AML experience and understanding of the Oracle system are an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to help others organize problem solving.
- Proven ability to operate independently and take initiative in supporting a program strategy.
- Proven excellence in execution of complex and demanding tasks under strict time pressures.
- Solid judgment, strong negotiating skills, and a practical approach to implementation – including knowledge of Bank systems.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, finance, or similar field.

- Systems thinking, Secondary research and comparative methods, Qualitative User research, Analytics and Statistics, Evaluative Methods and
- Usability, Prototyping, UI and Interaction Design, Visual Design, Information Design and Information Architecture.
- Power BI and Google Cloud; JIRA, Confluence data programming language such as SQL and Python.
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow, a plus) with strong understanding of SRE and service management principles.
- Ability to Implement complex processes and to provide support to data migration efforts.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, while balancing competing enterprise priorities with a focus on high value deliveries under resource constraints.
