We are currently recruiting for a Pricing Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the pricing guideline in the company
  • Developed automated reporting dashboards for senior leadership, enabling data-driven pricing strategies and enhancing market competitiveness.
  • • Analyzed market trends and historical pricing performance to establish effective pricing models for both contract and non-contract accounts.
  • • Evaluated key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitored strategic initiatives for major accounts to ensure alignment with budget and revenue targets.
  • Collaborated cross-functionally with project managers, executives, marketing, logistics, and sales teams to design customer retention strategies leveraging price discounts, rebates, and purchasing history.
  • To carry out analysis of existing business for Margin and trade performance within the region.
  • Support the pricing manger with Analysis and updating of Tenders & rate sheets.
  • Support the pricing manger with presentations and analysis for commercial & pricing calls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience on business administration, business analysis and/or data analysis
  • Fluent in English (speaking & writing) with the ability to communicate & present to key stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Experience implementing advanced methods in Excel: formulas, pivot table, power query
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data analytics / visualization tools is a plus
  • Motivated, self-starter, independent and proactive

This new position is now being added to our Operations Team, and will support our corporate Purchasing process.

LOCAL BALTIMORE CANDIDATES ONLY - This position is Full Time, working on-site, based out of our Halethorpe MD 21227 Baltimore Branch location.

The Procurement Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting multiple business entities within a defined region by centralizing practices related to vendor price management and spend controls (P2P). This role requires a strong ability to lead through influence, build cross-functional partnerships, and support purchasing agents across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for P2P and Medius compliance for Direct Material within the region.
  • Responsible for requisition and approval for Indirect Spend within the region.
  • Manage and Own Pricebook Item Master Data Management
    • Adding/Modifying/Deleting Pricebook Material Line Items
    • Update preferred Vendors & Pricing aligning to MTG strategies and/or advantageous pricing in Service Titan
    • Adding/Substituting materials
    • Part of Taxonomy integration for each entity
    • Manage monthly Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Pricing
  • Serve as a first-level approver for any new Vendor-Add or Material-Add requests for each entity within the region.
  • Negotiate non-contract pricing through local/regional-level RFQs.
  • Identify and pursue regional sourcing opportunities to improve cost, quality, and service.
  • Operate as the regional lead for blocked invoices to ensure timely turnaround and an escalation point for local purchasing agents to remedy discrepancies.
  • Provide weekly reporting of any price changes per vendor and OEM, including cost avoidance, for each entity within the region.
  • Monitor and manager procurement key performance metrics (KPIs) across the region and recommend improvement strategies. KPIs include the following:
    • PO Creation Compliance – People who are making POs have undergone training and are authorized users.
    • Year over Year PO quantities
    • Supply Houses – Activity Monitoring & Receipt Compliance
    • Blocked Vendor Invoice quantities
  • Work with other Purchasing Leads, local purchasing agents and cross-functional teams to align system-level fields like PO Type.
  • Communicate potential supply constraints or disruptions to Management.
  • Escalate supplier price increases to ensure timely strategic decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of corporate purchasing strategies, contracts, and supplier programs.
  • Drive adoption of central purchasing processes, tools, and systems.
  • Facilitate collaboration and best practice sharing between entity-level purchasing agents.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with SERVICE TITAN or similar ERP / system is beneficial!
  • Invoicing / Purchasing reconciliation using MEDIUS to Match PO's / Invoices is helpful!
  • MS Windows / MS Office / MS 365
  • Strong Customer Service & Excellent Communications skills.

Experience/ Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, associates and college degrees preferred

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Estrategia de Precios y Descuentos: Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de precios a corto y largo plazo por segmento, categoría y producto. Establecer objetivos, reglas y metodologías para optimizar la rentabilidad y definir los precios. Definir y administrar estrategias de descuentos permanentes, incluyendo lógica mensual y descuentos para No Socios. Gestionar la estrategia de precios de membresías para potenciar su valor y atractivo.
  • Análisis Estratégico del Portafolio: Identificar y dar seguimiento a los productos clave para la compañía (KVIs). Definir modelos de comparación y benchmarks contra la competencia para asegurar una propuesta de valor competitiva.
  • Actividades de mantenimiento y tácticas: Implementar acciones correctivas basadas en revisiones semanales y mensuales del negocio. Ejecutar iniciativas específicas para mejorar la rentabilidad, como ajustes de precios, promociones y estrategias de impulso para marcas y categorías. Administrar herramientas y plataformas de seguimiento de precios y competencia. Hacer seguimiento al desarrollo de productos y su impacto en los resultados de negocio. Evaluar la posición competitiva de nuestro cliente para asegurar el liderazgo en el mercado. Monitorear el desempeño del negocio en términos de ventas y márgenes, con revisiones periódicas para ajustar estrategias según sea necesario.


¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación Académica: Ingeniero Industrial, Administrador de Empresas o afines.
  • Experiencia: Más de 2 años en Revenue Management, pricing, estrategia comercial o áreas afines.
  • Habilidades Analíticas: Capacidad para interpretar datos complejos y transformar insights en estrategias accionables.
  • Conocimiento del Mercado: Experiencia en benchmarking competitivo, gestión de portafolio y estrategias de pricing.
  • Gestión de Herramientas: Familiaridad con plataformas de seguimiento de precios, análisis de competencia y gestión de ingresos. Un manejo avanzado de Excel como mínimo y conocimiento de SQL.

The primary focus of theAccelya Pricing Specialist working on a Pricing Support Team is to support airline customers worldwide and internal team members with shopping/pricing inquiries, analyze if the shopping and pricing response is correct, identify problems when not correct and recommend solutions.

What you will do:

· Working with airlines directly, perform research and analysis on shopping and pricing inquiries including automated reissues, and refunds using ATPCO Automated fares and rules. In addition, other ATPCO subscriptions for taxes, optional services, fees, etc require support and analysis.

· With focus on shopping, pricing, reissues, and refunds, support cross-functional teams on pricing related projects.

· Support internal QA, development, and functional support teams by assisting with functional questions.

· Perform testing of development fixes and changes including the review of regression results.

· Collaborate among other Pricing Specialists

· Attend customer meetings where a pricing SME is required

· Expected to become the subject matter expert (SME).

· Support developers working on pricing related functions.

· Conduct internal training and/or Quality Assurance overviews.

Your Experience:

· Explicit ATPCO Automated Rules processing especially Voluntary Reissues (Cat 31) and Refunds (Cat 33)

· Explicit knowledge of ATPCO Taxes, YQ/YR Fees, Bags & Optional Services subscription services

· Overall knowledge of ATPCO fares and pricing, in particular ATPCO Data Application

· Overall knowledge of the airline industry

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

The primary focus of theAccelya Pricing Specialist working on a Pricing Support Team is to support airline customers worldwide and internal team members with shopping/pricing inquiries, analyze if the shopping and pricing response is correct, identify problems when not correct and recommend solutions.

What you will do:

· Working with airlines directly, perform research and analysis on shopping and pricing inquiries including automated reissues, and refunds using ATPCO Automated fares and rules. In addition, other ATPCO subscriptions for taxes, optional services, fees, etc require support and analysis.

· With focus on shopping, pricing, reissues, and refunds, support cross-functional teams on pricing related projects.

· Support internal QA, development, and functional support teams by assisting with functional questions.

· Perform testing of development fixes and changes including the review of regression results.

· Collaborate among other Pricing Specialists

· Attend customer meetings where a pricing SME is required

· Expected to become the subject matter expert (SME).

· Support developers working on pricing related functions.

· Conduct internal training and/or Quality Assurance overviews.

Your Experience:

· Explicit ATPCO Automated Rules processing especially Voluntary Reissues (Cat 31) and Refunds (Cat 33)

· Explicit knowledge of ATPCO Taxes, YQ/YR Fees, Bags & Optional Services subscription services

· Overall knowledge of ATPCO fares and pricing, in particular ATPCO Data Application

· Overall knowledge of the airline industry

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Efficient time management and presentation skills

· Works well in a team environment

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills including critical thinking

· Confidence to participate and contribute within a technically-advanced, fast-paced, highly-skilled environment.

Qualifications

· 3+ years’ experience in the travel industry (preferably with an airline reservation system, GDS, or travel agency)

· In depth knowledge of ATPCO Data Application for fares and pricing including Cats 31 & 33

· Knowledge of IATA Fare Construction

· 3+ years experience in performing airline pricing analysis using ATPCO fares and rules.

Job Title: Financial Analyst – FP&A, Pricing & Modeling

Location: Remote

Compensation: USD $1,600/month

We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and provide critical support in financial planning, pricing, and business analysis.

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis, pricing initiatives, and strategic business decisions. This role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical and modeling skills who can go beyond reporting to identify cost drivers, analyze landed costs, and support pricing strategies to prevent revenue leakages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis
  • Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
  • Partner with Sales and Pricing teams to evaluate and adjust pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and capturing cost increases
  • Analyze landed costs (materials, freight, warehouse, labor) and recommend pricing adjustments
  • Monitor and report on pricing leakages, discounts, and rebates, recommending corrective actions
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide leadership with actionable insights
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting packages

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or pricing analytics
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite or similar a plus)
  • English proficiency at C1 level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have

  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or CPG industries
  • Familiarity with revenue forecasting, customer profitability analysis, and pricing strategy support
  • Exposure to executive reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking
