Estamos buscando un(a) CRM Analyst para unirse al equipo de Adquisición y CRM de Couriers en Rappi. Esta persona será responsable de liderar la estrategia global de comunicaciones con foco en la adquisición, retención y reactivación de couriers.

Responsabilidades principales:

• Creación de nuevos flujos de comunicación en Braze.
• Analizar el desempeño de campañas de CRM e identificar oportunidades de mejora y eficiencia.
