Title And Summary
Operations Analyst
The Operations Analyst will ensure the integrity and accuracy of commercial systems and data across the Identity’s Revenue Operations ecosystem. This role supports scalable growth by maintaining Salesforce hygiene, validating contract and billing data, and enabling actionable insights by reconciling key data.
Role
Maintain and audit Salesforce data, including opportunity, contract, and legal records.
Validate and review sales opportunities prior to close to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Manage record types and field values to support evolving business processes.
Verify contract data and support rate card (CRA) management.
Reconcile billing and commercial data across systems on a regular cadence.
Support ad hoc reporting and dashboard creation using Tableau and other BI tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data standards and operational workflows.
Assist in maintaining billing data and ensuring consistency with revenue recognition processes.

Requirements
Preferred BA or equivalent
2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles in a SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience with a CRM.
Proficiency in Excel or spreadsheets.
Familiarity with rate cards, billing systems, and contract workflows.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data reconciliation across systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Estamos buscando un(a) CRM Analyst para unirse al equipo de Adquisición y CRM de Couriers en Rappi. Esta persona será responsable de liderar la estrategia global de comunicaciones con foco en la adquisición, retención y reactivación de couriers.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Creación de nuevos flujos de comunicación en Braze.
- Analizar el desempeño de campañas de CRM e identificar oportunidades de mejora y eficiencia.
- Coordinar con equipos locales de marketing y stakeholders para optimizar estrategias de comunicación.
- Crear, automatizar y mantener reportes e informes en herramientas de visualización como Power BI o Google Sheets.

About the Role

- Agendar entrevistas y coordinar la comunicación con candidatos.
- Preparar cartas de oferta, kits de bienvenida y logística de incorporación.
- Mantener documentación de contrataciones y seguimiento del pipeline de candidatos.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
- Formación académica
- Nivel de ingles avanzado
- Experiencia y conocimiento en cumplimiento de normativas laborales colombianas (SGSST, DANE, SENA).
