About The Role
As an Accountant, you'll maintain accurate financial records, drive timely closes, and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS while supporting audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements for a high-growth, innovation-led organization.

Responsibilities

  • Record, classify, and reconcile transactions across AP, AR, payroll, and journals
  • Prepare and review monthly reconciliations for bank, vendors, customers, and GL accounts
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and support tax filings
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports under GAAP/IFRS
  • Support month-end and year-end close, including accruals and adjustments
  • Provide accurate data and variance insights for budgeting and forecasting
  • Partner with external auditors; prepare schedules and supporting documentation
  • Monitor internal controls and ensure adherence to finance policies and procedures
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned

About You
Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Solid knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting best practices
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English (intermediate/advanced)
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, integrity, and confidentiality

The HR Assistant will assist in managing a wide range of administrative and compliance-related HR tasks, helping maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and supporting internal and external audits. This role is vital to ensure the HR team can operate efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities as an HR Assistant:

  • Track and verify new hire contracts to ensure all documentation is completed before starting dates.
  • Monitor onboarding and orientation completion to meet mandatory regulatory standards.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with contracted staff to collect and verify credentials, certifications, and licenses.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure documentation meets current legal and regulatory standards.
  • Track expiration dates for licenses, certifications, and required trainings, issue alerts for upcoming renewals.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain audit-ready employee files for internal and external inspections.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring documentation is accurately filed in both internal systems and the state portal.
  • Contribute to special projects and compliance initiatives as directed by HR leadership.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong typing, documentation, and written communication abilities
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    • Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Required Skills:
    • Proficiency in solve hardware and software issues, including printers, VPN connections, and network-related problems.
    • Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar).
    • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to work under stress, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with ITIL frameworks and best practices for incident management.
    • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Office 365, AWS) and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop).
    • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or similar are a plus.

The Opportunity
In your role as an OSS Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering Desk Side Support to IT users, specifically handling IT issues that require physical intervention. Your duties will extend to aiding incident resolution through collaboration with various support teams and groups within the IT department. You will play a critical role, serving as a representative of the IT organization, acting as the interface between the customer and other IT functions.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Diagnoses and resolves IT-related issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensures that computers are delivered in a 'ready-to-use' condition for IT users.
  • Provides ad-hoc training to users on common IT issues and guides them through self-service tools.
  • Manages the physical stock of devices and accessories, including updates in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Conducts regular inventory checks for relevant hardware.
  • Coordinates logistics by utilizing local logistics providers to transport and relocate devices between locations.
  • Handles warranty cases in collaboration with the appropriate Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) vendors.
  • Identifies and reports potential risks that could impact the quality of OSS services.
  • Offers support to end users and ensures the functionality of IT equipment and software in meeting rooms and other user collaboration areas as part of desk-side support.
  • Hosts and assists third-party technicians.
  • Performs routine checks of computer rooms, including monitoring temperature, air conditioning, cabling, and general functionality.
  • Adheres to prescribed OSS governance, which involves participating in meetings and following the escalation process, among other responsibilities.
  • Follows OSS procedures as outlined in the Runbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge articles.
  • Recommends equipment modifications or improvements to achieve operating efficiencies and ensure customer satisfaction within a factory environment (when applicable)
  • Supports process engineering & maintenance as related to non-standard IT hardware, non-standard systems, IT-related production equipment, machine control issues, etc. (when applicable)
  • Responsible for the setup and deployment of hardware of various types of software. (when applicable)
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background

  • Formal qualification in IT completed from an accredited university or college OR completed an apprenticeship in the field of IT.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences in local language and English.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mind-set
  • Demonstrates an ability to work independently and is self-driven
  • Tools: Service Now, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS, Asset Management Tools.
  • Methodologies: Lean 6 Sigma, ITIL
