• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards in a BI tool
• Proficient in SQL and data manipulation technique
• Strong analytical and problem - solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into effective data visualizations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with business and technical teams
• Nice to have: Experience in healthcare staffing or related healthcare industries, Familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements in healthcare, Experience with Tableau specifically, Experience with data warehousing tools such as Snowflake
