At Emergent Cold LATAM, we are looking for a strategic profile to lead the evolution of our data architecture and ensure the quality, governance, availability, and value of data as a corporate asset.

What you will do:
-Design and apply data governance policies and standards in different countries and areas.
-Ensure data quality, traceability, and security through audits, automated flows, and Data Vault 2.0 models.
-Ensure compliance with international regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
-Integrate multiple sources (SAP, WMS, TMS, CRM) with technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Delta Lake, and DBT.
-Drive the adoption of generative AI and LLM agents.
-Promote data democratization and design training for business teams.
What we are looking for:
-Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
-3 years of experience in data management, governance, or analytics.
-Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, Lakehouse, Azure, ETL, and MDM.
-Soft skills: strategic thinking, diplomacy, attention to detail, and stakeholder management.
-Languages: Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
-Experience in logistics, cold chain, or regulated industries is desirable.
