Responsibilities / Tasks
- Support in the development and implementation of the country strategy in alignment with the Divisions and Country MD.
- Support the development of competitive strategies and generate competitive intelligence for the corporation
- Lead key analysis and evaluation on a variety of strategic projects across the Company’s continuous stream of growth, cost savings, and productivity improvement initiatives
- Developing and designing implementation plans to drive execution
- Contribute to the GEA planning process through the creation of actionable, fact-based business group strategic plans, as well as support and coordinate division plans
- Support in the assess GEA portfolio for opportunities to drive growth and value creation through resource allocation/ prioritization, innovation, and M&A opportunities
- Provide GEA and Division leadership guidance on and strategic implications of market trends and competitive landscape
- Be also a partner with our business leaders to support development of business strategies. Market entry strategy, growth strategy, and portfolio strategy.
- Strategic planning –defines the strategic planning process for the company, including long range planning, strategic planning, and strategy reviews with the Board of Directors
- The identification of relevant new business opportunities and designs "go-to-market" plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues. Pursues sales opportunities in the market, and carries the baton in the beginning of the sales cycle
- Build and sustain excellent relationships with customers in a wide spectrum of industries and liaise with various stakeholders to maximize market access
- Support and contribute to the marketing strategy defined by the local and global guidelines
- Be a partner for all functions and divisions.
- Work directly with the CMD to support all aspects of his daily work routine.
- Walk the talk and live the company values
- Contribute during budgeting and forecasting process at country level and division level.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local laws
- Follow the governance model.
- Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs in execution in the country. Supporting in activities and processes including project planning, intake, prioritization, initiation, execution, and training; as well as in fostering collaboration of end-users and key stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the Divisions, Functions and CMD, including helping to coordinate the work of the different groups and providing administrative support for governance meetings.
- Assist the CMD in the development of presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences.
- Keep the CMD advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.
- Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
- Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
- Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- MBA or postgraduate studies in Strategic Management, Competitive Intelligence, Project Management, or Data Analytics (preferred).
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL (preferred)
- English proficiency (C1).

Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of the country strategy in alignment with the Divisions and Country MD.
- Support the development of competitive strategies and generate competitive intelligence for the corporation.
- Lead analysis and evaluation on strategic projects related to growth, cost savings, and productivity improvements.
- Develop and design implementation plans to drive execution.
- Contribute to the GEA planning process by creating actionable, fact-based strategic plans and supporting division plans.
- Assess GEA portfolio for growth opportunities through resource allocation, innovation, and M&A.
- Guide GEA and Division leadership on market trends and competitive landscape implications.
- Partner with business leaders to develop market entry, growth, and portfolio strategies.
- Define the strategic planning process, including long-range planning and strategy reviews with the Board of Directors.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market plans to generate revenues.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers across industries and stakeholders to maximize market access.
- Support marketing strategies aligned with global and local guidelines.
- Collaborate with all functions and divisions.
- Work directly with the CMD to support daily routines.
- Uphold company values and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
- Coordinate and monitor projects and programs, supporting planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Serve as a primary contact for divisions, functions, and the CMD, aiding in coordination and governance meetings.
- Assist in developing presentations and white papers for various audiences.
- Keep the CMD informed of urgent issues and follow up accordingly.
- Perform support duties, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare summaries.
- Complete special projects like creating PowerPoint presentations and financial reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting other departments or executives.
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- MBA or postgraduate studies in Strategic Management, Competitive Intelligence, Project Management, or Data Analytics (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL (preferred).

Your responsibilities and tasks:- Support in the development and implementation of the country strategy in alignment with the Divisions and Country MD.
- Support the development of competitive strategies and generate competitive intelligence for the corporation
- Lead key analysis and evaluation on a variety of strategic projects across the Company’s continuous stream of growth, cost savings, and productivity improvement initiatives
- Developing and designing implementation plans to drive execution
- Contribute to the GEA planning process through the creation of actionable, fact-based business group strategic plans, as well as support and coordinate division plans
- Support in the assess GEA portfolio for opportunities to drive growth and value creation through resource allocation/ prioritization, innovation, and M&A opportunities
- Provide GEA and Division leadership guidance on and strategic implications of market trends and competitive landscape
- Be also a partner with our business leaders to support development of business strategies. Market entry strategy, growth strategy, and portfolio strategy.
- Strategic planning –defines the strategic planning process for the company, including long range planning, strategic planning, and strategy reviews with the Board of Directors
- The identification of relevant new business opportunities and designs "go-to-market" plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues. Pursues sales opportunities in the market, and carries the baton in the beginning of the sales cycle
- Build and sustain excellent relationships with customers in a wide spectrum of industries and liaise with various stakeholders to maximize market access
- Support and contribute to the marketing strategy defined by the local and global guidelines
- Be a partner for all functions and divisions.
- Work directly with the CMD to support all aspects of his daily work routine.

- Contribute during budgeting and forecasting process at country level and division level.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local laws
- Follow the governance model.
- Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs in execution in the country. Supporting in activities and processes including project planning, intake, prioritization, initiation, execution, and training; as well as in fostering collaboration of end-users and key stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the Divisions, Functions and CMD, including helping to coordinate the work of the different groups and providing administrative support for governance meetings.
- Assist the CMD in the development of presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences.
- Keep the CMD advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.
- Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
- Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
- Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
- Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- MBA or postgraduate studies in Strategic Management, Competitive Intelligence, Project Management, or Data Analytics (preferred).
