About The Role
Conduct and analyze market research studies for a big or mid size region across categories (e.g. competitor, market, digital campaign analysis, category, customer, consumer, and shopper) to provide accurate and timely information and relevant insights for strategic and operational decisions
What You Will Do
- Conduct in-house consumer research. This includes: understanding the business need, proposing a methodological approach, designing the survey, setting it up on the platform (qualtrics or conjointly), and analyzing the results
- Perform analyses of relevant data and prepare insights and recommendations to develop and grow the business by the integration of the knowledge of market, consumer and shopper on more strategic brands.
- Gather information, monitors data on relevant trends and activities, and contribute to data and insight sharing with others (within and outside organization)
- Create reports and scorecards and provide required data to organization (market & consumer).
- Support delivery of research according to global guidelines.
- Support validation of vision, drivers, plans and/or recommendation by ensuring relevant insight is available to support argumentation
- Contribute to best practice sharing, respective networks and projects
- Consolidate relevant customer, consumer shopper and market analysis and understanding to generate insights, ideas and concepts, proactively use this information within assigned projects.
- Develop analysis of current data information from Nielsen and Kantar World Panel to generate recommendations on the opportunities and / or risks for our business and brands have in the market.
- Monthly monitoring of the market behavior according to the tools provided by Nielsen and Kantar World Panel.
- Support the development of estimates of market sizes and their growth
- Responsible of the management of the relation with our external partners, from the administration to the data accuracy, responsible of the choice of adequate research method for each assigned projects. (market & consumer). Thinking together to deliver the most efficient recommendations for the business. Actively participate in customer, consumer & shopper related decision making.
- Ensure the market research library is maintained and up to date.
- Manage actual and new tools/methodologies to provide visibility of our brand's performance in all channels
- Manage introduction of new tools & technologies and collaborate with IT and external partners to develop the design, functionality and usability of the tool and/or reports"
- May provide coaching and supervision to the work of less experienced colleagues.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial or Administrative Engineering, .
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing and/or brand development.
- Dynamic, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong interest in data and analytics.
- English level: B2.

Position Summary:
Market Research Project Managers at RONIN International are hands-on, versatile individuals who operate as the single point of contact between our clients' multimarket research projects and RONIN operational teams and partners.
Our Market Research Project Managers ensure that our execution of studies exceed clients' expectations and result in fruitful and ongoing partnerships. Our approach is based on having resourceful, independent, and proactive team members, who can quickly grasp company processes and gain a strong understanding of the market research industry. Market research can be a fast-paced environment that goes from large scale straightforward studies to highly specialised boutique projects; interpersonal & organisational skills are essential to adapt to daily challenges.
Successful candidates must have all of the following skills:
- 3+ years' experience in market research project management, focused on data collection and fieldwork management
- Experience of working with USA/Canadian based clients and working core hours to match US time zones
- Flexible, organised approach with strong multitasking, time management and prioritisation
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the aptitude to learn how to effectively manage clients
- Tenacious personality with an eye for detail and ability to problem solve using own initiative
- Competent user of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Understanding of data collection management
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of other languages and cultures advantageous
- Previous CATI and online B2B experience advantageous
