Position Summary
Tipalti is seeking a Director, Partner Marketing to lead and scale our global partner marketing strategy across partner ecosystems. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing partner marketing strategies, driving revenue, fostering strong partner relationships, and leading initiatives that fuel Tipalti's growth.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will shape the partner marketing function, be responsible for developing and driving co-marketing strategies with partners like system integrators, resellers, and technology providers. You'll work closely with alliances, sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure partner marketing efforts contribute directly to business outcomes. This is a high-impact, strategic role requiring a blend of creativity and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities of the Director, Partner Marketing
- Marketing Strategy : Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans that align with Alliance’s sales strategy. Establish key metrics and track the performance to optimize outcomes and ensure partner-driven revenue growth.
- Leadership & Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of partner marketing professionals, building an environment of accountability and collaboration
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Alliances, Sales, Product, and teams to build and execute marketing plans.
- Build and execute Partner Marketing campaigns : Execute campaigns to market to and with partners and the broader ecosystem. Design, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, co-branded content, and other channels
- Manage Budget : Oversee the partner marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in partner marketing or business development, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of leading and managing partner marketing teams
- Expertise in global marketing campaigns, partner enablement, and co-marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems (e.g., SIs, technology alliances, VARs).
- Deep understanding of the Payments and/or Finance Automation use cases across various industries (e.g., internet marketplaces, creators, adtech, ecommerce, healthcare) is highly desirable
- Ability to think strategically while focusing on getting things done with actionable marketing plans.
- Strong ability to develop messaging for co-marketing programs and enable the alliance team to drive partner engagement
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams and external partners at all levels
- Strong bias for action & ability to move projects forward efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MBA or advanced degree in marketing, business, or related field

Jeeves is looking for a world-class Head of Marketing to reinvent how we generate demand and build our global brand. Reporting directly to the CRO, this is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role that will define the next chapter of Jeeves’ marketing machine—one that thrives on creativity, data, scrappiness, and results.
Location : This role is based out of Bogotá, Colombia , and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in the Parque de la 93 area (2–3 days/week). #LI-HYBRID

- Own Global Demand Generation: Drive new pipeline across all markets by building high-performing inbound engines and campaign strategies tied directly to revenue targets.
- Transform Strategy into Action: Take big-picture company goals and translate them into scalable, actionable marketing strategies—and then coach the team to execute.
- Lead the Team of Growth Marketers: Manage a small but mighty team of regional growth marketers—each spending 80% of their time on their local market and 20% supporting global collaboration.
- Champion Social & Viral Growth: Launch scrappy, viral, and creative campaigns across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to punch above our weight.
- Use AI to Move Fast & Scale Smart: Leverage modern AI tools (for copy, design, analytics, ops) to do more with less—producing content, optimizing performance, and innovating at speed.
- Coach, Structure, Scale: Build repeatable frameworks for campaign design, performance analysis, and marketing execution that others can run with and iterate on.
- Own Brand Consistency Globally: Keep the voice, tone, and identity of Jeeves consistent and sharp—across regions, channels, and customer touchpoints.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, Finance, and Partnerships to align on goals, execute joint GTM motions, and feed feedback loops.
- Experience: 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or fast-growth startups. Bonus if you've worked across multiple regions or growth-stage environments.
- Track Record of Pipeline Creation: You've built lead gen engines from scratch, and you can show the numbers to prove it. You’ve hit and exceeded pipeline targets before—without a giant team or budget.
- Multichannel Mastery: Deep knowledge of digital marketing, content, email, SEO/SEM, paid media, and lifecycle marketing. Strong instincts on how to use each for outcome-driven results.
- Social-First Thinking: You know how to win attention and generate demand through native social strategy. You can architect campaigns that resonate across platforms and communities.
- AI-Native: You’re ahead of the curve with AI tools and know how to use them for content creation, creative experimentation, performance optimization, and speed.
- Strategic + Tactical: You can set the big vision and jump into the weeds to write copy, tweak a campaign, or build a dashboard—whatever moves the needle.
- Exceptional Communicator: Whether it’s a narrative pitch, a campaign plan, or team coaching, you know how to get your point across and bring people with you.
- Multilingual: English and Spanish fluency required. Portuguese fluency is a significant advantage.

This is not a Classical CMO, your role will cover a wider responsabilities
As Growth & Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of funnel marketing, ads, content ops, and KPIs for the Spanish market.
This is a high-autonomy, high-leverage role for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong execution skills.
Responsibilities:
- Localize and launch funnels (opt-ins, VSLs, checkouts, onboarding)
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, YouTube, Google)
- Track KPIs: CAC, CPL, LTV, ROAS, churn
- Coordinate delivery and sales teams
- Own operations: content, emails, webinars, reports
- Implement fast A/B tests to drive growth
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategy
Requirements:
Native Spanish or C2-level speaker
Experience in funnels / paid ads / info-product launches
Knowledge of direct response marketing (e.g. Gamboa, Javi Pastor, etc.)
Strong organizational and analytical mindset
Autonomy and problem-solving skills
English fluency (C2+), Italian is a plus
Bonus Points:
Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Zapier
Background in coaching, consulting, or education
Past ownership of ad budgets or freelancer management
Compensation:
Base: 000/month minimum guaranteed
Variable: 5% of revenue from Spain
