Market JD is a digital marketing agency focused on helping consumer law firms grow through smarter websites, targeted advertising, and measurable strategies. Our clients are primarily personal injury and other consumer-facing law firms across the U.S. We are now expanding our internal marketing efforts and looking for a dedicated digital marketing manager to drive Market JD’s growth.

About the Role:

We are seeking a digital marketing manager to create and execute a strategy focused on bringing in qualified leads for Market JD. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing campaigns across paid media channels, email workflows, and lead nurturing systems. This role requires a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution, including close collaboration with our SEO, content, and design teams. You may also support sales efforts by preparing marketing materials and participating in occasional prospect meetings or events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
  • Manage DSP (demand-side platform) campaigns for remarketing, geo-fencing, and audience targeting
  • Build, manage, and optimize lead nurturing workflows and automated email sequences in HubSpot or a similar CRM
  • Manage lead tracking, segmentation, and reporting within the CRM
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid, organic, and content strategies
  • Write and test ad copy, landing page headlines, and email content
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates)
  • Support sales initiatives with marketing collateral and client-facing communication when needed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience focused on lead generation and campaign optimization
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and DSP platforms (e.g., StackAdapt, Simpli.fi, The Trade Desk)
  • Hands-on experience managing HubSpot or similar CRM systems for marketing automation and lead nurturing
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and email sequences
  • Experience collaborating with SEO teams and understanding how paid and organic efforts complement each other
  • Fluent English (spoken and written), professional and client-facing communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred:

  • Experience marketing for professional services, legal, or SaaS industries
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content-driven marketing

  • Oversee and evolve HenryHerazo.com as a personal growth and business transformation platform, building a strong personal brand presence
  • Optimize and support Glowint.co’s use of the SalesEngage platform to increase automation, lead generation, and revenue outcomes
  • Design and execute video-first, funnel-oriented content across YouTube, LinkedIn, IG, TikTok, and other platforms (don’t worry, you’ll be on camera too—we want leadership, not behind-the-scenes only)
  • Create and deploy email sequences, landing pages, sales pages, and basic web content
  • Work closely with the in-house designer to ensure cohesive branding and creative direction
  • Track KPIs and implement performance optimization strategies across campaigns
  • Continuously improve SEO, paid ad funnels, content reach, and brand positioning
  • Keep our messaging bold, clear, motivating—and aligned with our mission to disrupt

  • Generación y sostenimiento de relación de largo plazo con KOL

  • Comunicar las estrategias de productos y servicios alineados a las estrategias de marketing de la compañía

  • Desarrollar y desplegar el lanzamiento de nuevos productos o líneas en los países a cargo coordinando desde la investigación de mercado hasta el lanzamiento del producto a fuerza de ventas, clientes y consumidor final
  • Evaluación y gestión a los grants solicitados por la fuerza de ventas
  • Evaluar y desarrollar casos de negocio de acuerdo a la estrategia global, regional y local de mercadeo
  • Extraer hallazgos clave de literatura clínica que este alineada y agregue valor a las estrategias de mercadeo.

Requisitos del perfil:

The Demand Generation Campaign Manager reports to the Director of Field and Growth Marketing and will work on a highly collaborative team of marketing and CX professionals who are dedicated to creating long-term value for the wired and wireless networking industry. Our team is in growth mode as we scale our capability to meet the demands of the market.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and analysis.
  • Define and prioritize requirements for cross-functional initiatives, collaborating across stakeholder groups to outline campaigns, develop messaging, and curate assets to support each campaign.
  • Collaborate with the content, creative, and sales teams to create compelling and targeted campaign assets.
  • Utilize a variety of marketing channels, such as email marketing, social media, trade shows, webinars, and more, to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Segment and target audiences effectively across verticals to maximize campaign impact (account-based marketing strategies and tactics are a plus).
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions within the region.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to improve campaign strategies.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to manage marketing automation tools to ensure seamless campaign execution and lead nurturing.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align campaign strategies with sales objectives and lead qualification.
  • Collaborate with internal and external (i.e. agencies) stakeholders to ensure campaign goals are met and projects are delivered on time.

Diseñar, ejecutar y hacer seguimiento al plan de mercadeo de la compañía con el fin de alcanzar Ia eficiencia en términos de Inversión vs. Resultados. Responsabilidades:

  • Definir y ejecutar los planes estratégicos de Mercadeo que conduzcan al desarrollo y crecimiento del negocio
  • Proporciona dirección de marketing en el desarrollo de los portafolios de productos y servicios
  • Generación y sostenimiento de relación de largo plazo con KOL

The Marketing Manager is responsible for working with the VP Marketing Latin America to support in building brand awareness and reputation for MiQ and our product solutions, provide a steady flow of sales leads and deliver great client experiences across multiple marketing channels with tangible ROI. The Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with marketing, design, research & insight, product, sales and client services to deliver brilliant, results driven marketing programs and initiatives for Colombia or Mexico.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage, enhance and develop content for MiQ initiatives such as MiQ Unlocked, an education initiative
  • Plan and execute global proprietary or sponsorship marketing events
  • Manage the development and execution of global marketing plans, campaigns, events and initiatives
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns through relevant channels to ensure the highest client engagement levels
  • Develop and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships across multiple levels; coordinate timely feedback and approvals
  • Communicate marketing plans to relevant stakeholders to ensure coordination across channels
  • Work closely with the research and insight team and in-house copywriter to create high-impact research and content to support Global campaigns and messaging
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations and automation Manager to deliver a monthly ROI report for all global marketing activity
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media and display advertising
  • Help maintain the corporate website
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create website landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Ideate and manage the development of email and direct mail collaborating with the design team and in-house copywriter
  • Maintain MiQ social media presence across all digital channels and work with local marketing teams on planning relevant and timely execution
  • Identify trends and insights for display advertising campaigns, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, working closely with the Marketing Automation and Operations Manager

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and the role of all marketing channels in driving brand and sales
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and a solid understanding of sales and client engagement
  • A high proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Creative problem solver that can bring new approaches and tactics to the table
  • Extremely detail oriented, collaborative and deadline driven
  • Ability to work well both independently with a high degree of autonomy and as part of a team in a global, diverse group
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Strong integrated marketing understanding and proven ability in executing marketing plans and schedules across all channels (including PR, Events, DM, Email, Social, Digital, Content, Awards etc.)
  • Digital marketing and programmatic experience essential
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms including marketing automation software, social media management tools, CRMs, project management tools etc.
  • Graphic design skills would be a bonus

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing roles
  • BA or BS in marketing or related field (an emphasis in marketing, business, digital marketing, or communication is preferred)
  • A high proficiency with Microsoft packages
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and how it can be used to support and develop a brand

MiQ Pay Philosophy

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colombia , MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Colombia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $143,000,000- $183,500,000 Colombian Pesos . This range may vary for positions outside of Colombia as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
