As a Technical Recruiter, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and play a key role in building our new Quality Verification Center of Excellence. You will drive high-volume recruitment for technical and quality-focused roles. As a critical member of the new studio, you will partner with hiring teams and leadership and establish processes to achieve hiring goals.
This is an on-site role based in Bogotá, Colombia. This role is a temporary position with a duration of 12 months.
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for technical and quality verification roles, ensuring delivery against hiring goals.
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to the local market, applying creative channels to attract top talent.
- Influence and consult with hiring managers and leadership, providing market insights and guiding teams through the recruitment process.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to measure progress and inform hiring strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, while navigating and following internal TA processes and policies.
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience, including high-volume hiring in the technology or gaming industry.
- Proven ability to influence and build strong partnerships with hiring teams and leadership.
- Experience generating and interpreting recruitment reports and metrics, with a clear understanding of how TA supports overall business goals.
- Demonstrated ownership of the end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Job Description:

Job Description:
- Drive initiatives that nurture our company culture & create a charming journey for candidates.

- Map the market for commercial roles effectively.
- Utilize Insider’s HR tech stack to automate recruitment processes.
- Engage in social responsibility and campus recruitment projects.

- Use an analytical approach to measure the effectiveness of hiring and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the global hiring team and stay updated with HR best practices.
- Execute recruitment strategies with operational excellence, optimizing quality of hires, time-to-hire, and cost-to-hire, aiming for continuous improvement.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
- Experience in SaaS/Tech/Digital recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; comfortable engaging with diverse cultures across 5 continents & 25+ countries.
- Confident, vibrant, with a go-getter attitude.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Examina y analiza los currículums de los candidatos y las solicitudes de empleo.
- Evalúa y gestiona proveedores de contratación externos y empresas de búsqueda. Actualiza las descripciones de trabajo y las especificaciones de trabajo.
- Garantiza que todas las prácticas de contratación cumplan con las leyes aplicables y las políticas de la empresa.
- Realiza informes de contratación analíticos y bien documentados.
- Monitorea y aplica las mejores prácticas de contratación de recursos humanos.
- Gestiona las relaciones con los gerentes de las Unidades de Negocio, actuando como socio comercial.

- 1 a 2 años de experiencia como reclutador y entrevistador con experiencia en otros procesos de Gestión Humana.
- Profesional en psicología, Comunicación Social, Administración de Empresas y/o carreras afines.
- Nivel de Inglés avanzado (B2 mínimo en todas las competencias).
