Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Analyst at Inklusiva Microfinanzas, located in Itagüí. The Human Resources Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing HR data, administering benefits, managing and updating Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), supporting HR management, and conducting various HR-related tasks.
