Perfil requerido
Estamos en la búsqueda de un Facilitador Central con un profundo compromiso humano y pedagógico, que desee acompañar procesos de formación integral en niños y adolescentes dentro de un modelo de educación alternativa.
El/la candidato/a ideal deberá cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:
Formación profesional universitaria (licenciatura, pedagogía, psicología, ciencias sociales, humanidades u otros afines).
Nivel de inglés certificado C1 o C2 (indispensable para acompañamiento bilingüe y proyectos extracurriculares.
Experiencia comprobada en acompañamiento integral de niños y adolescentes, preferiblemente en metodologías alternativas (escuela bosque, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Waldorf, aprendizaje basado en proyectos o similares).
Conocimientos y herramientas para el desarrollo integral, incluyendo:
Estrategias de acompañamiento socioemocional y resiliencia.
Competencias en gestión de grupos, liderazgo pedagógico y construcción de comunidad.
Habilidades para fomentar la autonomía, la creatividad y el pensamiento crítico.
Herramientas de, mediación de conflictos, trabajo colaborativo y educación vivencial en contacto con la naturaleza.

Position OverviewThe Litigation Assistant is an integral role supporting litigation processes. This position ensures legal documents, case materials, and communications are organized, filed, and delivered on time. The Litigation Assistant provides vital support to attorneys, clients, and court personnel, managing deadlines, drafting legal documents, and coordinating essential case activities. A strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
Responsibilities- Case Management and Organization: Thoroughly organize and maintain case files, ensure proper naming conventions, and keep case information up to date in the case management system.
- E-Filing, Service of Legal Documents, and Correspondence: Manage electronic filings, coordinate with opposing counsel and judicial assistants, and serve legal documents with appropriate deadlines.
- Saving Court-Related Filings and Email Correspondences: Save and organize court filings, ensure proper documentation and processing.
- Client Communication: Return client calls within 24 hours and verify/finalize the Litigation Biography, ensuring information accuracy.
- Drafting of Summons, Complaints, and Discovery Documents: Prepare necessary documents with accurate information and legal claims; draft discovery-related documents per case strategy.
- Discovery Review and Management: Review discovery materials with attorneys, organize and file exhibits for future use.
- Deposition, Hearing, and Mediation Preparation: Assist in preparing necessary documents and provide administrative support throughout processes.
- Deposition Scheduling and Coordination: Prepare and serve Notices to Set Depositions and coordinate with court reporters, including virtual meeting details.
- Deadline and Calendar Management: Track all case deadlines and notify the legal team of upcoming dates for filings, deposits, hearings, and mediations.
- Litigation Costs and Financial Management: Manage invoices and litigation expenses; update cost tracking systems as needed.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Must consistently be on time and reliable.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with other employees.
- Must be proficient with computers and relevant software.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must possess strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Aster & Trujillo is an international tax advisory and legal practice serving clients across the UK, Spain, and globally. We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to directly support our Managing Partner in a demanding and fast-paced international environment.
This is not a standard assistant role: it requires discipline, resilience, and full commitment to managing pressure and long hours. You will be working on UK time (starting from 5:00 AM Colombia time ) to align with our London office, in a 40-hour per week role .
Key Responsibilities- Client Management : Track, organise, and follow up on client communications, deadlines, and case files.
- Proposals & Documentation : Draft, review, and format proposals, reports, and contracts with precision.
- Agenda & Calendar : Manage complex schedules across time zones, ensuring no deadline or commitment is missed.
- Research : Conduct targeted legal and tax research (UK, Spain, and international jurisdictions).
- Organisation : Maintain structured systems for data, correspondence, and project progress.
- Meetings & Presence : Be presentable and professional on camera at all times. Assist in live meetings via Microsoft Teams with the Managing Partner and General Director.
- Attend up to 10 meetings per day , taking clear notes and ensuring accurate follow-up on action points. Prepare summaries and reminders for the Director after each meeting.
- Virtual Communication : Be plugged in via Teams most of the working day, remaining on active calls or on-call to receive instructions. Use WhatsApp, Teams, and email as the main communication channels.
- Confidentiality : Handle sensitive financial and legal information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience & Education : 7–10 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a law firm, accounting firm, or tax advisory environment. University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, Economics, or a related field. Postgraduate studies in Taxation, International Business, or similar areas are a plus.
- Time Commitment : Ability to work UK business hours (starting 5:00 AM Colombia time).
- Work Environment : A private office or household room with no interruptions is strictly required — uninterrupted focus and confidentiality are essential.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Bilingual: fluent written and spoken English & Spanish (mandatory).
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace, project management tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, presentable appearance for on-camera participation in meetings.
