At Ideaware, we’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time! If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows the ins and outs of digital channels, and is passionate about driving measurable results, this role is for you. This position is key in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies — from managing PPC campaigns and optimizing SEO, to leading our social media presence, overseeing content marketing, and coordinating direct mail (postcard) campaigns.
Responsibilities- PPC Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to maximize ROI.
-SEO Strategy & Execution: Improve organic rankings through keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
-Social Media Management: Manage and grow social presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content planning, publishing, and engagement.
-Content Marketing: Collaborate on blog posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing collateral to drive engagement and conversions.
-Direct Mail/Postcard Campaigns: Manage recurring postcard mailers' production, scheduling, and performance tracking.
-Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance across all channels, analyze results, and present actionable insights for continuous improvement.
-Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (design, sales, product) and external vendors/agencies when needed.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
-Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, and social media marketing.
-Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools.
-Experience with content strategy and writing/editing for digital platforms.
-Familiarity with direct mail marketing is a plus.
-Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
-Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.

• Track all leads and activity in CRM or designated tools; meet KPIs including calls, visits, referrals, and conversion rates.

• Address misconceptions, overcome objections, and personalize outreach using regional knowledge.
