Un/a ingeniero/a en Machine Learning se ocupa de llevar a producción los modelos desarrollados por Data Scientists. Sus responsabilidades serán:

• Participar en el desarrollo de estándares, data analytics y machine learning, detectando oportunidades para optimizar procesos y aprovechar la información.
• Implementar modelos analíticos como servicios en plataformas como Azure y AWS.
• Diseñar ciclos de CI/CD para procesos de analítica.
• Diseñar estrategias de MLOps para la experimentación y despliegue de modelos.
• Gestionar proyectos de MLOps en analítica.
• Diseñar y generar modelos de datos que aseguren la calidad de la información extraída, facilitando una mejor interpretación y toma de decisiones.

* Se requiere un año (o más) de experiencia en prácticas de MLOps.

* Conocimiento en modelado estadístico.

* Conocimiento en minería de datos.

* Conocimientos deseables: SQL, Docker y Shell Scripting.

* Experiencia en despliegue de modelos en plataformas cloud como Azure, AWS o Databricks.

The project focuses on modernizing a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform by integrating advanced AI technologies including LLMs, NLP, multimodal AI, and vector search to deliver intelligent automation, improve decision-making, enhance user experience, and increase operational efficiency.

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and technical leadership roles.
• Background in backend or full-stack engineering.
• Prior experience delivering AI-powered enterprise solutions in industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or PLM.
• Experience mentoring teams or leading cross-functional AI projects.
• Hands-on experience building chatbots, virtual assistants, and agents using modern AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in RAG pipelines, prompt engineering (zero-shot, one-shot, few-shot), and fine-tuning.
• Experience with AI search tools like Azure Cognitive Search, Elasticsearch, or Haystack.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.

• Enhance search and knowledge management with vector search, semantic search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Provide technical guidance to developers on AI best practices.
• Stay current with emerging AI frameworks and assess their fit for enterprise PLM.
• Fine-tune and deploy models using Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and Kubernetes (AKS).

What you will do

Develop predictive models to optimize SEO efforts and increase relevant organic sessions to job search;

Formulate hypotheses to improve model accuracy and conduct rigorous testing to validate hypotheses;

Gather and analyze data from various sources to train and refine predictive models;

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including engineering teams, to guide decision-making and drive implementation;

Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate predictive models into production environments and monitor performance;

Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies, making adjustments as needed to maximize impact.

Must haves 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field;

3+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on SEO or digital marketing preferred;

Proven track record of developing and implementing predictive models to drive business outcomes;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;

Statistical modeling, particularly regression;

Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation;

Experience with SQL and data wrangling large datasets with Snowflake or similar;

Familiarity with data tools; ideally Snowpark, otherwise Redshift, Databricks, etc;

Good English and communication skills.
