We are currently seeking an experienced, multi-talented, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to help grow our digital presence while achieving increased market share, brand visibility, and branding consistency across all channels. This position will be responsible for developing a combination of digital marketing strategies and growth-hacking techniques. You will be responsible for optimizing and managing all SEO and PPC activities, such as link building, campaign management, copywriting, conversion tactics, campaign ROI, plus keyword research planning and optimization, content strategy, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
Results expected include increased market share, improved brand positioning and visibility, the development and execution of effective marketing strategies and campaigns, effective budget management, campaign tracking, and comprehensive reporting. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified candidate seeking growth and proven success. Agency experience is not required but certainly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
·Build and maintain strong search campaigns to increase online presence
·Monitor, analyze, and report SEO / PPC progress reports

·Analyze competitor SEO status and strategize opportunities for improvement

Job Requirements:
·3+ years of digital marketing experience with a heavy emphasis on paid search management
·Experience with Facebook and LinkedIn advertising is a bonus.
·Knowledge of the digital marketing industry, trends, and new developments.
·Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
·Demonstrate an ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and use sound judgment.
·Experience with conversion tracking

About You: Are you interested in launching or growing your career in digital marketing? The WITHIN team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Digital Media Buyer to support our efforts across multiple marketing channels. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop expertise in key areas of digital marketing, including Paid Social , Paid Search , Programmatic , Email Marketing , Affiliate Marketing , Search Engine Optimization (SEO) , Influencer Marketing , and Retail Media .
As part of a fast-growing company, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients to drive performance-driven marketing strategies. This role is perfect for individuals who are analytical, creative, and eager to learn in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
What You’ll Learn:
This role will expose you to various marketing channels, helping you develop a strong foundation in performance marketing. Depending on the projects you work on, you may gain experience in:
- Paid Social : Learn how to create and manage paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, focusing on targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis to drive engagement and conversions.
- Paid Search : Understand how to create and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bidding strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Programmatic : Gain insight into programmatic advertising, including working with demand-side platforms (DSPs) to buy display, video, and native ads at scale, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Email Marketing : Learn how to craft compelling email campaigns, segment audiences, and optimize performance through testing and automation.
- Affiliate Marketing : Understand how brands collaborate with partners to drive traffic and conversions through commission-based strategies.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) : Gain insights into optimizing website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
- Influencer Marketing : Explore how brands collaborate with influencers to build awareness, drive engagement, and generate conversions.
- Retail Media : Discover how brands advertise on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, etc.) to increase product visibility and sales.
Some duties will include and are definitely not limited to:
- Work with a diverse portfolio of clients to support their marketing efforts.
- Communicate with clients via email and meetings, ensuring alignment on strategy and performance goals.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams to design and execute marketing strategies.
- Produce meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze cross-channel performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Support A/B testing, consumer research, and data-driven decision-making to enhance campaign performance.
- Assist in implementing best practices and proprietary technology to optimize marketing strategies.
- Provide creative and copy recommendations based on historical performance data.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., conditional statements, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Full professional proficiency (written and spoken) in English.

- Logic assessment on Basic data analytics & problem-solving assessment
This role begins with a 2-month program designed to provide hands-on training and professional working experience, as well as serve as the standard employment probationary period. Upon successful completion of this program, you will be staffed on a team to begin working immediately!

Talent Acquisition Analyst L2 @Connext | Human Resources | Outsourcing ServicesThis position will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that effectively communicate our company’s Mission and Vision, incorporate our core values, drive lead generation, and ultimately contribute to our company's growth. This role requires a combination of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of marketing, the digital platforms and tools to execute on the vision of the company.
Job Description
• Proven ability to conceptualize and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, leveraging market insights and consumer trends.
• Expertise in designing and optimizing sales funnels to drive lead generation, conversion, and client retention, utilizing automation and analytics tools for continuous improvement.
• Skilled in crafting end-to-end marketing strategies encompassing branding, digital marketing, content creation, client surveys, client gifts and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to support product development initiatives, including market research, product positioning, build out of the new product/service, and launch campaigns.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to marketing contractors, facilitating their professional development and contribution to company objectives.
• Provide oversight to all marketing dollars spent on behalf of the agency and/or clients.
• Actively participate in quarterly company planning events, contributing strategic insights and recommendations for departmental growth and development.
• Understanding of digital platforms advertising opportunities and maximize website performance, track keyword rankings, and implement SEO strategies.
• Assist in coordination of company events
• Ensure effectiveness of social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
• Identify options for incorporating video into our marketing message
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, reporting, and marketing analytics.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in managing digital ad platforms and developing effective social media strategies.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that achieve business objectives.
• Experience in traditional marketing methods such as print advertising, direct mail campaigns, and event marketing.
• Familiarity with video production and the integration of visual content into marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of various digital marketing platforms, technologies, and tools, including SEO/SEM, social media channels, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
• Skilled in using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to gather insights, track campaign performance, and optimize marketing strategies.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets, interpret trends, and derive actionable insights to drive strategic marketing decisions.
• Experienced in preparing comprehensive reports that articulate key findings, performance metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Proven track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that effectively differentiate brands, engage target audiences, and achieve marketing objectives.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with the ability in prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that contribute to business growth, enhance market positioning, and achieve measurable results.
