We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to assist our growing marketing team.
As a key member of our digital marketing efforts, you will be responsible for assisting our team in executing Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns. This is a remote position, requiring excellent spoken and written English, as well as a reliable internet connection.
Responsibilities:
- Management of negative keyword lists
- Refinement of audience targeting to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effectiveness
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance
Qualifications:

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and highly strategic Google Ads Manager to join our client’s remote performance team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns within a digital marketing agency handling multiple accounts.
This role requires deep platform knowledge, a track record of delivering profitable campaigns, and the ability to lead or mentor a team. You’ll be expected to own campaign performance, develop media plans, optimize at scale, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive client success.
Experience In Digital Marketing Agencies Is Required.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and optimize end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) across multiple accounts.
- Manage and optimize Local Service Ads
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and ongoing performance analysis.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-converting ads.
- Maintain and report on budgets, forecasts, and campaign ROAS
- Analyze trends and KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with Account Managers to align paid strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Keep up with Google’s latest updates, trends, and innovations.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, analytics, and funnel strategies.
- Experience with Local Service Ads is required.
- Experience with Next Door Ads is a plus.
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Digital marketing agency experience is required.
Remote Status: Fully Remote

About the Role:

Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Search Ads campaigns (required).
Strong knowledge of keyword bidding strategies, match types, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker/Data Studio.
Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B campaigns is a plus.

About the Role
- Manage, scale, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google and Bing
- Work with high-intent keywords and high CPCs in an ultra-competitive vertical
- Prioritize ROAS andbackend lead quality (not just form submissions)

Qué harás?
Prospectar y contactar clientes potenciales a través de redes sociales y plataformas en línea.
Ofrecer soluciones con Google Ads y preparar propuestas personalizadas.
Gestionar todo el ciclo de ventas: contacto, presentación, cierre y seguimiento.
Cumplir con metas mensuales y aumentar tu comisión.
Colaborar con los gestores de campañas para garantizar el éxito del cliente.
Usar herramientas como ScreenshotMonitor (capturas de pantalla solo durante el horario laboral).

Ser proactivos tomar la iniciativa para buscar nuevas oportunidades de ventas y desarrollar relaciones comerciales.
Gestionar eficientemente su tiempo y mantener un seguimiento adecuado de sus clientes y prospectos
Adaptarse a diferentes situaciones y clientes; ajustar su enfoque de venta según las necesidades específicas mucha organización
Tener la capacidad de aprender muy rápido información detallada , seguir instrucciones
Personalidad analítica intuitivo asertivo
Tener ambición para generar resultados positivos para ambas partes beneficio mutuo
Inglés fluido (escrito y hablado).
Más de 2 años de experiencia en Google Ads, marketing digital o ventas de publicidad online.
Habilidad en ventas en frío y manejo de objeciones.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y redacción.
Conocimiento sólido de Google Ads.
Internet estable y un espacio tranquilo para trabajar desde casa.
Disponibilidad para trabajar 8 horas diarias, de lunes a viernes (horario de EE.UU.).
Disposición para usar herramientas de monitoreo remoto.
