Overview

As a key member of our team, you will support clients' day-to-day tasks while driving towards broader, long-term objectives. Responsibilities
  • Support clients’ day to day tasks while driving towards longer term objectives
  • Account management and optimization
  • Responsible for driving, creating, managing, optimizing and reporting on campaigns
  • Interface and partner with SBUs such as creative, client service and analytics
  • Build and manage promotional, transactional, lifecycle, and triggered campaigns that drive growth, and retention
  • Provide campaign recommendations based on KPIs and campaign performance
  • Conduct AB testing to test measures to improve performance
  • Planning weekly/monthly campaign calendar
  • Weekly reporting
  • Perform end-to-end project development, including building, testing, quality assurance, segment creation, proof submission, and deployment monitoring
Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in lifecycle email marketing or CRM, preferably at an agency, brand, or ad tech partner
  • Previous experience with marketing automation software
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to present data and strategy to clients in a meaningful way
  • Interest in pursuing a career in performance-oriented lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with ESP reporting, Google Analytics
  • Experience editing HTML
  • Experience with SMS
  • Expertise with Braze (data extensions, testing, dynamic live proofs, etc.)

About the Role
We're looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketer to join our fast-paced e-commerce team. In this hands-on role, you’ll own our email and SMS marketing via Klaviyo and manage Shopify operations across three distinct storefronts (DTC, wholesale, and affiliate). If you’re a strong multitasker with a solid foundation in digital marketing and a love for optimization, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Email & SMS Marketing (Klaviyo):

  • Own and optimize campaigns, automations, flows, and transactional messages
  • Segment customer journeys (new, VIP, at-risk, repeat, etc.)
  • Launch A/B tests to continuously improve performance
  • Collaborate with creative teams on templates and messaging
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)

Shopify Store Operations:

  • Manage 3 Shopify storefronts (DTC, B2B, affiliate/team)
  • Oversee product uploads, collections, tags, and content updates
  • Partner with design/ops teams to deliver a consistent customer experience
  • Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising updates

Customer Journey & Loyalty:

  • Map and optimize the full lifecycle from acquisition to retention
  • Support the creation of loyalty and/or referral programs
  • Identify key moments for messaging across channels

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Align with design, operations, and CX teams for product drops and tentpole campaigns
  • Drive campaign timelines across email, SMS, and Shopify
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in lifecycle and e-commerce ops
What You Bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing
  • Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify (multi-store is a plus!)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle priorities
  • Self-starter attitude and curiosity to learn new tools
  • Bonus: B2B e-commerce experience or background in sports/lifestyle brands

What’s unique about this job

The Digital Marketing Analyst will be a key part of the Digital Marketing processes, being responsible for its data-driven core foundation. Will develop and execute with the highest analytical standards performance reporting and analysis to support our growth model.

Collaborate with all parts of Marketing’s team, leadership and partner areas (eg. Ecomm) to ensure effective communication and contribute to the digital transformation’s teaching effort.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the Digital Marketing weekly executive performance reporting and analysis through a clear business perspective.
  • Prepare and update the KPIs materials for our growth process based on test & learn and continuous innovation, including paid media, social media, CRM, and SEO
  • Develop ad hoc and deep dive analysis: eg. campaigns results, omnichannel behaviors, online marketing channels etc.
  • Coordinate or contribute to strategic initiatives such as marketing mix modelling, omnichannel media attribution etc.
  • Continuously improve analytics flows through automated processes, tech tools and governance.
Bring your passion and expertise
  • Engineering, business, analytics or marketing degree.
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Holistic knowledge of digital marketing indicators encompassing each stage of the marketing funnel (eg. CPM, CTR, engagement rate, monthly active users, online conversion rate, ROAS etc.)
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4; Google Search console, Supermetrics, CDP (customer data platform) and marketing automation platforms are a plus.
  • Highest standards of analytical rigor and investigative mindset.
  • Great capacity to synthetize complex information and analysis to make it easy to understand up to the highest level of executive leadership.

You will be responsible for optimizing and managing all SEO and PPC activities, such as link building, campaign management, copywriting, conversion tactics, campaign ROI, plus keyword research planning and optimization, content strategy, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Results expected include increased market share, improved brand positioning and visibility, the development and execution of effective marketing strategies and campaigns, effective budget management, campaign tracking, and comprehensive reporting.   • Programmatic : Gain insight into programmatic advertising, including working with demand-side platforms (DSPs) to buy display, video, and native ads at scale, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Email Marketing : Learn how to craft compelling email campaigns, segment audiences, and optimize performance through testing and automation.
  • Affiliate Marketing : Understand how brands collaborate with partners to drive traffic and conversions through commission-based strategies.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) : Gain insights into optimizing website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
  • Influencer Marketing : Explore how brands collaborate with influencers to build awareness, drive engagement, and generate conversions.
  • Retail Media : Discover how brands advertise on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, etc.) to increase product visibility and sales.

Some duties will include and are definitely not limited to:

  • Work with a diverse portfolio of clients to support their marketing efforts.
  • Communicate with clients via email and meetings, ensuring alignment on strategy and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to design and execute marketing strategies.
  • Produce meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Analyze cross-channel performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Support A/B testing, consumer research, and data-driven decision-making to enhance campaign performance.
  • Assist in implementing best practices and proprietary technology to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Provide creative and copy recommendations based on historical performance data.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., conditional statements, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Full professional proficiency (written and spoken) in English.

Our interview process includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Cognitive Aptitude and Typing Test
  • Logic assessment on Basic data analytics & problem-solving assessment

This role begins with a 2-month program designed to provide hands-on training and professional working experience, as well as serve as the standard employment probationary period. Upon successful completion of this program, you will be staffed on a team to begin working immediately!

Job Description

• Proven ability to conceptualize and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, leveraging market insights and consumer trends.

• Expertise in designing and optimizing sales funnels to drive lead generation, conversion, and client retention, utilizing automation and analytics tools for continuous improvement.

• Skilled in crafting end-to-end marketing strategies encompassing branding, digital marketing, content creation, client surveys, client gifts and consumer engagement initiatives.

• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to support product development initiatives, including market research, product positioning, build out of the new product/service, and launch campaigns.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to marketing contractors, facilitating their professional development and contribution to company objectives.

• Provide oversight to all marketing dollars spent on behalf of the agency and/or clients.

• Actively participate in quarterly company planning events, contributing strategic insights and recommendations for departmental growth and development.

• Understanding of digital platforms advertising opportunities and maximize website performance, track keyword rankings, and implement SEO strategies.

• Assist in coordination of company events

• Ensure effectiveness of social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

• Identify options for incorporating video into our marketing message

• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, reporting, and marketing analytics.

• Conduct thorough data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing digital ad platforms and developing effective social media strategies.

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that achieve business objectives.

• Experience in traditional marketing methods such as print advertising, direct mail campaigns, and event marketing.

• Familiarity with video production and the integration of visual content into marketing strategies.

• Strong understanding of various digital marketing platforms, technologies, and tools, including SEO/SEM, social media channels, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (CMS).

• Skilled in using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to gather insights, track campaign performance, and optimize marketing strategies.

• Ability to analyze complex datasets, interpret trends, and derive actionable insights to drive strategic marketing decisions.

• Experienced in preparing comprehensive reports that articulate key findings, performance metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Proven track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that effectively differentiate brands, engage target audiences, and achieve marketing objectives.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with the ability in prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
