Tus principales desafíos serán:
- Liderar la estrategia nacional de Legal & Compliance, alineada con los valores globales de Scania y los objetivos corporativos.
- Evaluar los riesgos legales y reputacionales en miras de proteger la reputación y sostenibilidad de la compañía.
Asegurar que la compañía cumpla con leyes aplicables, regulaciones, estándares éticos y políticas internas. Esto incluye:
- Legislación financiera y comercial.
- Normativas de prevención de lavado de activos (LA/FT).
Supervisar el proceso de Onboarding y Due Diligence e implementar mejora continua.
Capacitar y desarrollar la cultura de cumplimiento: el fortalecimiento de la primera línea de defensa será un desafio clave.
Buscamos un perfil: Profesional en Derecho. Especialización o maestría en AML, Derecho corporativo, financiero, MBA (deseable) Experiencia de entre 7 a 10 años liderando roles de liderazgo en el area legal y/o compliance idealmente en empresas del sector financiero, leasing o multinacionales.
Inglés avanzado (requisito indispensable). Alta orientación al servicio, visión estratégica, habilidades de comunicación y toma de decisiones.

OverviewEn VASS buscamos un/a Senior Salesforce Developer especializado en Salesforce Financial Services Cloud para liderar soluciones complejas y aportar una visión técnica y de negocio alineada a las necesidades de nuestros clientes en el sector financiero.
Responsibilities- Relación con stakeholders: Ser el punto de contacto funcional y técnico con clientes, áreas de negocio y consultores externos.
- Gestión Técnica y arquitectura: Ayudar en la arquitectura de soluciones sobre Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Order Management y otros módulos). Diseñar y validar integraciones entre Salesforce y otros sistemas (APIs, middleware, ETLs, servicios externos).
- Gestión de equipo y proyectos: Liderar y dar soporte técnico a desarrolladores y administradores Salesforce, realizar code reviews y coordinar con Project Managers, Product Owners y arquitectos para alinear técnica con negocio. Asegurar metodologías ágiles (Scrum, DevOps en Salesforce).
- Desarrollo y configuración: Supervisar configuraciones avanzadas (flows, Process Builder, Record Types, permissions sets) y guiar el desarrollo en Apex, LWC, Visualforce y triggers; definir estrategias de pruebas (unitarias, integración, UAT).
- Seguridad y cumplimiento: Garantizar políticas de seguridad (roles, perfiles, permisos) y cumplimiento de GDPR/ISO; asegurar trazabilidad y documentación de cambios; gestionar backups y continuidad.

Overview
The Financial Planning & Analysis function manages all aspects of management reporting encompassing budgeting and forecasting, strategic and customer planning. - Manage, develop and create standardized financial reporting packages that will help drive and support the business, inclusive of business metrics/KPIs. Identify and communicate revenue risks and opportunities and respond promptly to ad-hoc requests for information and analysis.
- Drive Mastercard strategic plans by providing relevant financial analytics and business insights to key stakeholders, while developing robust tracking mechanisms.
- Apply strategic understanding of business dynamics and competitive forces in different markets and support the business in formulating mitigating strategies.
- Execute on financial process improvements by building and maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and modeling; review and create suggestions to financial systems.
- Investigate and create opportunities for automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery, anticipating needs of internal customers, members and other stakeholders.
