The Role:
As a Social Media Associate, you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic Brand Team dedicated to transforming the perception of the legal industry. You'll play a key role in executing a modern, pop-culture-inspired social media strategy that celebrates the people behind the brand, drives community engagement, and increases reach across digital platforms.
Working closely with our podcast host and Social Media Manager, you’ll help shape and elevate our digital presence while collaborating across a fast-moving and creative marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on, execute and track our social media strategy across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) in collaboration with the Social Media Manager
- Produce social media content (visual and written) including static images, carousels, reels and short-form video content, etc. using pre-designed templates and in partnership with our graphic designers
- Use project management software to coordinate the production and scheduling, working cross-functionally with a broad and busy team
- Manage and schedule multi-channel content, maintaining brand consistency while optimizing for each platform's unique requirements
- Monitor and respond to comments and conversations across all social platforms, ensuring timely and thoughtful engagement with our community
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics while monitoring trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Support our thought leadership efforts by distributing our experts’ content directly on their platforms to increase reach and visibility
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity while catching typos
- Maintain the Company’s visual brand and voice in all content produced
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify company initiatives and support relationship building with industry thought leaders
- Work with external vendors to project manage content creation, organizing deliverables and maintaining file storage with proper naming conventions and accessibility
- You have fluent English, 3-7 years of social media management experience, and you have managed English-language social media channels
- You have a proven track record of success, organized in a portfolio that shows examples of your designs and your positive impact on prior channels
- You have a background in B2B/SaaS marketing and understand the value of a consumer-type social media experience for corporate audiences
- You're a graphic design and video editing native who loves creating beautiful designs for their audiences
- You can manage a lot of small things at once across many social media management platforms because you effectively use project management tools and scheduling apps (e.g., Metricool, Asana)

Overview
Sr. Supervisor, Social Media at Concentrix. Reporting to the Associate Director, Regional MKT, responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for lead generation and supporting Talent Acquisition Operations. Lead and mentor creative teams, ensuring high-quality execution across digital channels and content production.
Responsibilities- Builds, plans, and implements the overall social media marketing strategy.
- Designs and runs lead generation campaigns for Talent Acquisition teams. Proven expertise in lead generation for talent attraction is required. Experience generating high-volume leads for BPO is a strong plus.
- Builds leads projections based on specific hiring needs. Proposes ad strategies accordingly to meet social media contribution goals.
- Oversees and guides creative/content teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Prepares and manages the digital marketing budget assigned locally.
- Manages all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
- Coordinates the creation of digital content aligned with global communication strategies and local market specifics.
- Leads end-to-end digital projects: landing pages, SEM campaigns, YouTube ads, etc., in partnership with the manager.
- Maintains a strong and consistent brand voice across social channels to boost employer branding and recruitment engagement.

As a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist , you will be in charge of creating and executing marketing strategies focused on brand communication through social media, digital, maintaining ASUS.com website, and producing rich content for retail websites. Support the maintenance and positioning of the eCommerce as the main channel for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy (50%) - Develop and implement dynamic strategies across multiple platforms (CO, EC, NX).
- Paid Media (20%) - Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- eCommerce & eShop (10%) - Maintain and position the eShop as a key brand channel.
- CMS - Official Site Management (10%) - Manage and update ASUS.com, ensuring brand alignment.
- Reports & Others (10%) - Track key KPIs and provide strategic insights.
What You'll Do:
- Create and execute social media campaigns with high-impact content.
- Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and internal teams to expand reach.
- Manage digital advertising strategies and analyze campaign performance.
- Optimize website content and eCommerce platforms.
- Stay ahead of trends and drive brand growth through innovation.

Requirements:
Experience: 4-6 years, preferably in the technology sector.
Languages: Advanced English (B2+).
Skills: Analytics, Google Ads, Google Trends, SEO, social media strategy, HTML knowledge, eCommerce marketing support.

We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and tech-oriented Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance tracking of our social media presence across multiple channels. This role goes far beyond posting pretty pictures — you'll be driving real business outcomes with data-backed decisions, automation tools, and killer content.
You’ll manage everything from daily content calendars to paid social collaboration, community engagement, and performance analysis. - Proven track record growing brand presence across platforms
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement tactics, and creative formats
- Experience using Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar schedulers
- Comfortable using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, etc.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics, and social metrics

OverviewWe’re looking for a hands-on, data-savvy Social Media & Influencer Specialist to take full ownership of our growing presence on TikTok Shop . This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce, creator partnerships, and performance marketing —perfect for someone who understands both the creative energy and strategic impact of TikTok’s unique ecosystem.
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of our TikTok Shop: from optimizing product listings and tracking performance metrics, to coordinating influencer collaborations , running in-app promotions, and working directly with our TikTok account representative to drive results.
This is not a management role . We’re seeking someone who lives and breathes social media , takes initiative, and gets things done. You’ll also lead influencer outreach , manage gifting programs , and grow community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook .

Responsibilities Shop Management & Optimization- Maintain and update product listings with fresh content, optimized titles, and accurate inventory
- Monitor and respond to customer messages and inquiries within 24 hours

- Track shop performance metrics (sales, CTR, conversion rate, etc.) and flag trends/issues

- Coordinate and schedule live selling sessions with product demos and exclusive offers

- Identify, pitch, and partner with relevant micro and mid-tier influencers
- Launch and manage gifting programs to generate authentic content
- Build and maintain a community on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Track performance, optimize outreach, and stay ahead of platform trends
- Run and update in-app promotions (flash sales, product bundles, discount codes)
- Launch and manage Spark Ads to boost high-performing organic content
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or TikTok Shop management
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop backend (Creator Marketplace, campaign setup, shop management)
- Strong understanding of TikTok content trends, creator ecosystem, and platform best practices
- Analytical mindset — comfortable tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies
- Proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills — able to manage creators, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Experience running paid media on TikTok (Spark Ads or in-app promotions)
- Experience coordinating live shopping sessions
- Background in working with influencer/affiliate programs
