Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence across multiple projects and teams.

  • Design, configure, and maintain custom workflows, screens, fields, and permissions in Jira.

  • Manage Jira user permissions, project roles, and group memberships.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, filters, and reports to meet stakeholder needs.

  • Evaluate and implement Jira plugins/add-ons and integrations with third-party tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Jira solutions.

  • Perform routine audits, system maintenance, and upgrades.

  • Provide user support and training on Atlassian tools.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain system documentation.

  • Monitor and resolve performance or functional issues related to the Atlassian platform.

Skills and Experience

Required:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence in a professional environment.

  • Strong understanding of Jira configuration elements: workflows, custom fields, permission schemes, issue types, and screen schemes.

  • Experience with Jira Service Management and customer portals.

  • Familiarity with scripting using Jira automation, JQL, or ScriptRunner (Groovy is a plus) .

  • Experience with user management and Atlassian Access or SSO integrations.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) , B2+ Level

Preferred:

**Experiência**:Mínimo 5 años de experiência liderando equipos de desarrollo de software.

Navitaire is looking for a full-stack software engineer to join the Business Platform team. As part of the overall Platform team, Business Platform supports our internal users by developing new and interesting applications, while helping fortify Navitaire's internal technical platform by building scalable, maintainable, highly performant applications.

Summary of the role:

This position is responsible for coding, testing, releasing, and supporting solutions based off Navitaire's Orion Platform using C#, SQL Server, Angular, and other technologies.

In this role you'll:
  • Write code to implement requested features using guidance from, and collaboration with, team leads and architects
  • Follow and advocate for modern development coding best practices
  • Share the commitment to deliver high quality, reliable, working software on an agile cadence
  • Share knowledge on relevant technologies and adhere to coding and implementation standards
  • Collaborate with scrum team on team priorities
  • Participate in operational rotation and address production issues promptly
  • Research and resolve production issues according to team guidelines and procedures
  • Develop and enhance your own capabilities and demonstrate flexibility to meet goals
  • Write unit tests and contribute to integration tests
About the ideal candidate:
  • Software related degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience programming in .Net, C#
  • Knowledge of angular
  • Experience using Git
  • Self-starter with the experience and focus to define and execute a prioritized plan
  • Experience with API centric design and development
  • Ability to identify and balance technical priorities against business value
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Collaborative, proactive, and motivated mindset
