Purpose

As an Architect in International Banking Technology, you will be in a high-impact role. The Solution Architect is responsible for managing a set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among various stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend technical / business solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Accountabilities

  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Responsible for the design, architecture and documentation of effective and quality solutions that resolve highly complex business problems and support business needs.
  • Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications.
  • Building, architecting, designing, and implementing highly distributed global based systems.
  • Experience in network infrastructure, security, data, or application development.
  • Modernizing legacy systems or similar transformational initiatives.
  • Author architectural patterns to help assessment teams improve and develop their processes.
  • Socialize with larger audiences using reporting, real-time dashboards, and hosting education sessions.
  • Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts
  • Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution.
  • Assure quality security and compliance requirements are met for supported area.
  • Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
  • Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.

  • Responsible for the Implementation of a trusted governance model where architecture assessments are automated based on enterprise standards and policies.
  • Helping drives the implementation of trusted policies and standards with the help internal teams such as Security, Infrastructure, Data, etc.
  • Deployment of a technology solution that will implement the trusted governance framework, policies and workflows.
  • Challenge the solution architect’s way of thinking by implementing architectural design principles to improve the bank’s security, resiliency and technology footprint.
  • Continuously research current and emerging technologies and propose changes were needed.
  • Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.
  • Create designs and reference architectures for enterprise

  • Engage in and complete the software development team’s training programs to build technical skills that effectively enhance business value.
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be incorporate into in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Education / Experience / Other Information

  • Must to have :
    • 8+ years of software engineering industry experience
    • Experience building, architecting, designing, and implementing highly distributed global based systems. Experience in network infrastructure, security, data, or application development.
    • Must be a leader with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build consensus and obtain co-operation from development teams and technology engineering leaders.
    • Disciplined in development methodology and familiar with software development technologies and concepts.
    • Practical experience with systems design and specification for large scale applications.
    • Knowledge of object-oriented programming and other programming paradigms
    • Knowledge and experience using software design patterns
    • Knowledge of architectural styles
    • Experience with defining and governing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
    • Experience designing and implementing APIs
    • Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level
    • Proficiency in one of the following: JS-TS React, Java, Kotlin, Node, Python, Native Applications, or equivalent.
  • Experience in modernizing legacy systems or similar transformational initiatives
  • Experience with structured architectural practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and the planning and execution of on-premises to cloud migration.

Working Conditions

Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.

As an Architect in International Banking Technology, you will be in a high-impact role. The Architect establishes and maintains enterprise and/or domain-level architecture through planning, design, execution, and operation. **How you'll make an impact:**
- Provide SNOW expert knowledge in Platform Strategy & Architecture, Governance Framework & Policy Enforcement, Solution Design & Quality Assurance, Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement, Platform Performance, Security & Risk Management

**What you'll need (required):**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Natural Sciences & Mathematics or a related discipline
- 10 years of experience in IT Required
- Preferred 2 years of experience demonstrably solid performance in an architect role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations
- Preferred 2 years of relevant industry experience (e.g. medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments Preferred

What You'll Do

As a Senior IT Architect, you will work closely with case team members to assess and coach our clients' IT teams, define IT strategies, architecture solutions and apply your technical know-how and understanding of business contexts. You will be responsible for owning the delivery for a specific project “module” and help develop technical concepts for that “module”. You will coach other project members and help lead other consultants in their own work stream when possible.

As part of our BCG Platinion consulting team, you would work on a variety of technology topics, applying your architectural consulting skills to strategic technology questions. You will be supported by an extensive training curriculum (the same programme as all BCG consultants), plus technology-specific training and mentoring to help you build your skills.

What You'll Bring

Experience

  • 6-8 years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, and technical project management, with a proven record of delivering complex IT solutions and system integrations.

Technical Skills

  • Solution Architecture Design: Skilled in translating business needs into technical solutions, including requirements gathering, conceptual architecture, and detailed technical blueprints. (Considering all of these experiences the evaluation of different options).
  • System Integration Expertise: Proficient in designing and implementing scalable, high-availability solutions integrating multiple systems and applications.
  • Technology Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with enterprise software platforms, middleware, APIs, FrontEnd Architecture and Microsoft architect and microservices architecture. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Standards and Best Practices: Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, DORA), and regulatory requirements to ensure secure and compliant systems.
  • Infrastructure Design: Experience in infrastructure automation, scalability planning, and disaster recovery strategies. (Devops, Server Less) y Iac

  • Enterprise Systems Knowledge: Exposure to ERP, CRM, and other enterprise-grade software systems across various industries such as Banking, Insurance, Energy, or Telecommunications.

Overview

SD Solutions is looking for a talented IT Infrastructure Engineer to join the team.

An IT infrastructure manager is responsible for the hardware, operating systems, and tools used to organize working process. You’ll be responsible for modernizing our processes, scale our platform, and ensure that our growing team moves exceptionally fast.

Responsibilities
  • Own and scale our infrastructure.
  • Modernize and simplify our build process.
  • Automate manual data processes.
  • Maintain office, Windows workstations and Apple workstations.
  • Hardware support: router and access point setup, printer maintenance.
  • Operating systems reinstallation and installation of applications according to the checklist.
  • Communicate with clients' IT engineers in order to establish infrastructure between the company.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams and cross-functional teams and providing IT-support for them.
  • Join a fast-growing company in which different teams work together.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of industry experience.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain web-based infrastructure independently.
  • Fluent English (writing emails, chatting with clients, ability to conduct small talk).
  • Ability to break down complex products within existing infrastructure into small chunks and deliver exceptionally fast.
  • Organizational, analytical, presentation and time management skills.
  • Curious and learning mindset.
