- Experiencia y conocimientos en tecnologías de Nube
- Experiencia en la implementación, configuración y administración de las siguientes tecnologías: Hadoop (HDFS), Yarm, Apache Spark, Airflow, RabbitMQ y Celery
- Experiencia en el análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos, optimización de procesos, aseguramiento y afinamiento
- Experiencia en Ansible, creación de scripts y manejo de contenedores

1. Conocimientos Técnicos Esenciales
- Ecosistema Hadoop
- HDFS (Hadoop Distributed File System), YARN, MapReduce.
- Hive, Pig, HBase, Sqoop, Flume.
- Oozie para orquestación de jobs.
- Infraestructura y Sistemas
- Administración avanzada de sistemas Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat).
- Scripting en
Bash
y automatización de tareas. - Redes, seguridad, monitoreo y gestión de clústeres distribuidos.
- Cloud y Virtualización
- Despliegue de Hadoop en AWS (EMR), Azure (HDInsight), Google Cloud (Dataproc).
- Manejo de
contenedores
(Docker, Kubernetes) aplicados a big data.
2. Procesamiento Distribuido y Colas de Mensajería
- Celery
- Orquestación de tareas distribuidas y asíncronas.
- Integración de Celery con sistemas de datos masivos.
- Monitoreo y escalado de workers.
- RabbitMQ / Gravity MQ
- Arquitectura de colas de mensajes.
- Configuración, administración y monitoreo de brokers de mensajería.
- Diseño de flujos de comunicación entre microservicios y procesos big data.

- Procesamiento de Datos 3D : Implementar técnicas para el procesamiento y análisis de datos de diseño, incluyendo la limpieza, transformación y visualización de datos.
- Transformación Digital : Apoyar en iniciativas de transformación digital, implementando soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras que mejoren los procesos internos.

What You’ll Be Doing:
️ Analyzing and processing data using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and more).
️ Reviewing and validating data files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
️ Providing file specifications and collaborating with clients to correct discrepancies.
️ Supporting clients with ongoing system updates, renewals, and file configurations.
️ Monitoring and maintaining daily file transmission schedules.
️ Troubleshooting and resolving data errors promptly.
️ Implementing and testing new EDI connections for seamless data feeds.
️ Managing vendor interfaces to ensure timely data transmission and discrepancy resolution.
️ Working within the Employee Navigator Benefit Admin system for updates and configurations.
️ Training clients on new systems and processes when needed.
️ Responding promptly to client inquiries and requests.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proficiency in Excel , especially Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
Experience working with large data sets and ensuring data accuracy.
Strong English communication skills (B2+ level) to interact with clients effectively.
Basic knowledge of Data Science is a plus.
Familiarity with SQL is an advantage.
Previous experience with Employee Navigator or similar systems is preferred.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay organized.
