Job Description:

El Junior Recruiter LatAm será responsable de gestionar el ciclo completo de reclutamiento, incluida la publicación de ofertas, la búsqueda, selección y las entrevistas de los mejores talentos para diversos puestos dentro de la empresa en la Región, apoyando el logro de los objetivos comerciales estratégicos y al mismo tiempo construyendo relaciones sólidas con candidatos y líderes.

  • Busca y recluta candidatos mediante el uso de medios sociales, redes y referencias de empleados.
  • Examina y analiza los currículums de los candidatos y las solicitudes de empleo.
  • Evalúa y gestiona proveedores de contratación externos y empresas de búsqueda. Actualiza las descripciones de trabajo y las especificaciones de trabajo.
  • Garantiza que todas las prácticas de contratación cumplan con las leyes aplicables y las políticas de la empresa.
  • Realiza informes de contratación analíticos y bien documentados.
  • Monitorea y aplica las mejores prácticas de contratación de recursos humanos.
  • Gestiona las relaciones con los gerentes de las Unidades de Negocio, actuando como socio comercial.

Acerca de ti

About the role:

This freelance role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our recruitment processes, while providing candidates with a genuine insight into our dynamic culture.

The Quest:

  • Develop and implement sourcing and recruiting campaigns tailored to our business needs.
  • Independently manage the recruitment process, ensuring strong alignment with hiring managers and the candidate experience.
  • Proactively engage passive candidates and build strong candidate pools.
  • Conduct screenings and interviews, evaluating both technical and cultural fit.
  • Regularly update and maintain our ATS, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates, clear notes, and transparent information flow for hiring teams.

The Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition, ideally within the gaming or IT industry, with freelance experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, with the ability to organize, track, and report on candidate status effectively.
  • Proficiency with recruiting platforms, resume databases, and sourcing tools.
  • High level of fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
