En nuestra compañía buscamos un Social Media Manager apasionado por el mundo digital, con pensamiento creativo, orientación estratégica y capacidad para liderar proyectos que potencien la presencia y el posicionamiento de la marca en redes sociales.

Tu misión será diseñar, ejecutar y supervisar la estrategia digital , garantizando el cumplimiento de los indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) y el impacto en la comunicación, el engagement y las ventas.

Ubicación: Medellín – 100% presencial

Horario:

Salario mensual: $3.500.000 COP

Responsabilidades principales

  • Elaborar y ejecutar el calendario editorial mensual/semanal.
  • Crear y diseñar contenido para redes sociales según los buyer persona .
  • Diseñar estrategias para aumentar el engagement y gestionar UGC (user generated content).
  • Administrar campañas de pauta publicitaria en redes sociales.
  • Definir y hacer seguimiento a KPIs (alcance, ER, CTR, CPA, retención, etc.).
  • Elaborar dashboards y reportes con análisis y resultados.
  • Supervisar el avance de los indicadores operativos y transmitir al equipo la estrategia digital.
  • Mantener actualizada y optimizada la página web.
  • Velar por la identidad de marca, storytelling y voz de comunicación.
  • Liderar y coordinar al equipo de trabajo asignado.
  • Cumplir con reuniones, capacitaciones y objetivos trazados por la compañía.

Requisitos del perfil

  • Deseable: Posgrado en Marketing Digital o áreas relacionadas .
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión de redes sociales y marketing digital .
  • Administración de medios digitales.
  • Creación y análisis de estrategias digitales.
  • Benchmarking, tendencias y posicionamiento de marca.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas de medición.
