About The Role
At Findasense, we are seeking a Junior Video Editor to support the creation of marketing and corporate audiovisual content for a major U.S. financial services client. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with early-stage experience in post-production who wants to grow their skillset in a highly professional international environment.
- Assist in editing video materials for digital and corporate channels
- Edit locally on Adobe Premiere Pro; support animation and motion work in After Effects

General Summary:

This position is based in Bogotá and reports to the Senior Post - Production Manager.
Responsibilities:
60% Postproduction workflow coordination depending on the business model
- Supervises all raw dailies workflow and distributes them to production and client so they can revise and approve before editing stage.
- Monitors all daily postproduction tasks to make sure all deadlines are met (Scripted and Non-Scripted)
- Communicates and follows up with producers, directors, art department and or Business Affairs, questions, clearances, or requirements that postproduction needs.
- Previews in real time all the clips and rough cuts received for internal and client review, so these meet SPT and client deliverable requirements.
- Prepares and delivers all work sessions and media boxes from the for internal and client review.
- Keeps track of those responsible for sending all the cuts´ notes and ensures they deliver on time.
- Coordinates the production and delivery of all Audio, Video, Color, Graphics, Quality Control, Foley, and Visual Effects team elements within the editorial department and with external vendors.
- Consolidates all internal and external corrections and distributes responsible for correcting or, in the case the postproduction is outsourced, send to them to the external postproduction house.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit raw and messy footage into polished, high-performing ads that capture attention and drive conversions.
- Identify the strongest moments, hooks, and angles to build content that stops scrolling and keeps viewers engaged.
- Craft clear, logical, and compelling narratives that align with direct-response marketing goals.
- Adapt edits to feel native to each platform (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), matching style, pacing, and trends.
- Produce multiple variations of ads to support creative testing and optimization.
- Incorporate feedback, performance insights, and data to refine edits and double down on what works.
- Create, post, and manage paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, monitoring performance and making optimizations.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, ad formats, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and effective.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience editing direct-response or performance marketing video ads for social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
- Strong sense of storytelling and pacing, able to create compelling narratives from raw or messy footage.
- Deep understanding of what makes content scroll-stopping and native to each social platform.
- Experience producing multiple ad variations for testing and optimization.
- Hands-on experience publishing and managing paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and/or YouTube, including performance tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with ClickUp for project collaboration and Slack for team communication.
- Comfortable working with performance data and feedback to improve creative effectiveness.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects from start to finish without constant oversight.
Compensation:
- $1,500 - $2,000 per month.
