Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Are you a creative, data-driven, and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing? Do you love crafting engaging social media content, optimizing eCommerce strategies, and working with cutting-edge technology brands? Then this is your opportunity to join our team as a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist!

As a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist , you will be in charge of creating and executing marketing strategies focused on brand communication through social media, digital, maintaining ASUS.com website, and producing rich content for retail websites. Support the maintenance and positioning of the eCommerce as the main channel for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy (50%) - Develop and implement dynamic strategies across multiple platforms (CO, EC, NX).
  2. Paid Media (20%) - Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  3. eCommerce & eShop (10%) - Maintain and position the eShop as a key brand channel.
  4. CMS - Official Site Management (10%) - Manage and update ASUS.com, ensuring brand alignment.
  5. Reports & Others (10%) - Track key KPIs and provide strategic insights.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and execute social media campaigns with high-impact content.
  • Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and internal teams to expand reach.
  • Manage digital advertising strategies and analyze campaign performance.
  • Optimize website content and eCommerce platforms.
  • Stay ahead of trends and drive brand growth through innovation.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
  • Create and publish high-impact content (text, photos, videos, and interactive media) that resonates with our audience.
  • Manage and grow our digital communities , ensuring positive engagement.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to continuously improve performance.
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

Experience: 4-6 years, preferably in the technology sector.

Languages: Advanced English (B2+).

Skills: Analytics, Google Ads, Google Trends, SEO, social media strategy, HTML knowledge, eCommerce marketing support.

We are seeking bilingual Digital Marketing or Social Media Specialists (Remote). Residing in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, or Nicaragua. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm EST. Language: Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2). Only resumes in English will be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms
  • Manage daily social media activities and campaigns
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent branding
  • Execute email marketing campaigns to foster customer engagement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms
  • Engage with online communities and respond to audience inquiries in a timely manner

Note: Projects may include other related tasks; specific tasks will vary depending on the client and the exact job description.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills
  • 3 to 10 years of proven experience managing social media platforms and creating digital marketing strategies
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a creative flair
  • A quiet home office with a desk and chair
  • Stable internet with at least 10 Mbps download & 2 Mbps upload speed
  • Laptop/desktop with 8 GB RAM, 1.6 GHz processor, 50 GB free hard-drive space, headset, and smartphone
  • Access to a backup place of work and secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, etc.)
Benefits
  • Starting payment rate: $5/hr (approx $40–$8 0/month)
  • Ongoing pay increments at each work anniversary, depending on performance
