We are seeking a visionary Integrated Project manager renowned for their outstanding work in the Beauty & Skincare sector to join our dynamic team. As the Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the highest quality from the initial concept through to execution and delivery. Prior experience in the beauty and e-commerce sectors is essential, along with a strong proficiency in using essential tools and software to manage integrated campaigns.

This role offers the chance to work with iconic beauty brands as we launch a groundbreaking Europe-wide eCommerce Content Factory. By integrating automation and AI, we aim to revolutionize content creation and set new digital standards for online beauty experiences.

WHAT IS REQUIRED:

  • Lead and manage integrated projects for beauty and e-commerce clients, ensuring all campaign components are cohesive and strategically aligned.
  • Oversee high-volume adaptation across various channels while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Utilize project management and creative software tools to enhance workflow efficiency and communication.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs, conducting quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate multiple projects concurrently, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for project updates and changes.
  • Analyse project performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Overview

En Bogotá - Colombia , estamos en búsqueda de una persona para el cargo de Project Manager . Con 3 a 5 años de experiencia en el rol con agencias de publicidad y mercadeo, su misión se centrará en apoyar la planificación, coordinación y supervisión de la ejecución de proyectos de marketing, teniendo en cuenta, presupuesto y tiempo establecido, así como, la creación de los objetivos y alcance del proyecto en colaboración con el cliente y los equipos internos de la agencia.

Responsibilities

  • Desarrollar un plan de proyecto detallado que incluya la asignación de recursos, el cronograma de actividades y etapas de este.
  • Coordinar y comunicar eficazmente con los equipos internos y externos involucrados en el proyecto para garantizar la alineación en cuanto a los entregables y plazos.
  • Gestionar los riesgos del proyecto de manera proactiva, identificando y resolviendo posibles mejoras durante la ejecución de este.
  • Realizar un seguimiento del progreso del proyecto, asegurándose de que se cumplan los objetivos y entregables acordados, presupuestos y gestionar cualquier desviación del plan original.
  • Garantizar reuniones, delegación de tareas, manejo de presupuestos, entrega y seguimiento de indicadores de gestión, presentación de informes para una óptima ejecución de proyecto.
  • Realizar reuniones con clientes y proporcionar informes de estatus, así como, la integración de los comentarios de los clientes en el flujo de trabajo del proyecto.
  • Evaluar proyectos después de su finalización para detectar mejoras.
  • Recepción de Briefs para el seguimiento y gestión de su ejecución.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos, políticas y procedimientos, de la compañía, tanto a nivel local como regional.

Qualifications

  • Habilidades de liderazgo, servicio al cliente, análisis, negociación, planeación, seguimiento, experiencia en grandes anunciantes y dominio de las herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de proyectos, tales como: Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, y Microsoft Project, CORE relacionadas con su área de desempeño.
  • Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles y tradicionales de gestión de proyectos, así como Scrum, Kanban, y Waterfall, entre otras.
  • Familiaridad con las normativas y regulaciones relacionadas con la publicidad en redes sociales, la privacidad de los datos y la transparencia en las colaboraciones con influencers.

Overview

Project Manager should be detailed oriented, possess good English language communication skills, both verbal and written; Must be self-motivated; Must possess good interpersonal skills and work well in a team setting as well as independently as required; Must have knowledge of MS-Project and MS-Office.

Communication Requirements For The Role

  • Internal stakeholders: GEA Project Management, Project, Quality and HSE Managers, Project Engineering, APCs, Regional Sales, Cross-Application, Supply chain and Logistics.
  • External stakeholders: Customers Site, HSE and Quality managers, GEA sub suppliers.
  • Type of communication: Face to Face, email and online meetings will be used to negotiate and harmonize internal/external stakeholders with regard to successful project delivery.

Knowledge / Work Experience

Knowledge/Education Degree in engineering or other relevant disciplines in the technique area are highly desirable.

Required languages Language Spanish or Portuguese would be preferred. Good working proficiency in English is mandatory.

Other qualification MBA in Project Management would be desirable; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Knowledge in PMBOk (Project Management Body of Knowledge); PMP certification is a plus

Relevant work experience Background experience in the chemical, dairy, food or beverage projects would also be highly desirable; Experience in leadership; A record of successful project experience in the project management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate English Proficiency, 1-2 years of experience accredited as a Project Manager in IT industries or similar, or 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in other industries
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Plus experience leading remote teams.

Requerimientos

Importante que cuentes con formación en:

  1. Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería mecánica, Civil.

10 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de construcción en infraestructura, generación y/o distribución de energía, de los cuales, preferiblemente tres (3) años hayan sido en construcción de parques solares.

• Conocimientos en reglamento técnico de instalaciones eléctricas (RETIE).
• Conocimiento en AutoCAD.
• Conocimiento en MS Project.
• Gestión de proyectos.
• Finanzas y presupuesto.
• Gestión de riesgos.
• Comunicación y liderazgo.
• Negociación y gestión de conflictos.
• Nivel de inglés intermedio.

About the role:

The Project Manager is responsible for running creative and production processes and working alongside our existing talented Project Management team to drive a project from brief to delivery. Leading on projects while working with our dynamic teams across the business, our project managers successfully deliver projects following OLIVER+' ways of working.

What we want is a passionate, talented individual who can showcase their skills of managing multiple mid to high complexity projects. You should have meticulous attention to detail, understand the importance of the profitability of your projects for the agency and you will have proven yourself as a safe pair of hands on the day-to-day running of multiple prestigious projects.

What you will be doing:

GENERAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Have integrated experience across various disciplines which can include one or more of the following: Digital, Technology, Film, CGI, Motion Design and/or Print projects across different sized accounts and across different time zones; from initial brief to final delivery (based on experience)
  • Manage your team to deliver a wide range of deliverables from email marketing to printed in-store communication
  • Strive to follow and implement the defined project management and production processes within OLIVER+ and with partners
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Face adversity, setbacks and negativity with a resilient mindset and attitude
  • Embody the company values, instil these behaviours within all team members
  • Drive continuous improvement through each step of the process and consult on process improvements
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure correct deliveries
  • Close off projects to set standards/requirements

INITIATE & PLAN THE PROJECT:
  • Serve as the point of contact to receive new briefs and manage the process of transforming unclear briefs into well prepared briefs where applicable
  • Identify stakeholders and create a communication plan to ensure each of them has access to the right level of information
  • Set deadlines with partners and challenge unrealistic timelines to ensure workload is managed based on creative processes
  • Create project plan and identify key milestones for each of the projects you are assigned
  • Work closely with the Delivery Lead and Resource/Studio Manager to staff the project correctly based on the required deliverables and deadlines
  • Identify risks and possible issues and create risk registers
  • Work closely with the creative team to define a cost, scope and timeplan for the projects
  • Prepare and run effective and structured client and team kick-off meetings
  • Create and manage the delivery of project documentation

MANAGE PROJECT EXECUTION, MONITORING AND CONTROL:
  • Coordinate development and delivery among various project participants and stakeholders
  • Prioritize and manage workload of the project team
  • Partner liaison when required, presenting project scopes, cost estimates and timing plans
  • Build partner relationship and ensure their needs and requirements are addressed, while following the OLIVER+ ways of working
  • Monitor the progress of the project delivery within scope and budget with the planned resources
  • Prepare status reports for the stakeholders and actively manage the control of project progress using weekly action points
  • Follow the project management change control process for any changes needed in the scope, budget, timelines or resource requirement
  • Create and keep up to date all related project documentation and ensure compliance in the project management system
  • Proactively problem-solve, mitigate risks and plan for future issues
  • Ensure final deliverables are quality driven and comply to the design and production requirements and expectations
  • Monitor utilization and output of team

  • Good eye for detail and quality control experience. Software competency - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Teams and OMG (Oliver Marketing Gateway internal approval system - training will be provided).
  • Experience with working with remote teams.

Qualifications
Basic qualifications
• Undergraduate degree
• +5 years of work experience in project management
• Strong experience in leading enterprise-wide projects within IT environments
• Exposure to financial institutions or consultancies
• Ability to oversee complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
• Experienced managing clients or internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
